JHope is really the hidden member of BTS, people don't give him enough credits, behind the camera he's done so much, he is the one of the real reason that BTS always have the most amazing performance, he's the coreographer and he also helps in composoing songs, he's always there for his member especially Namjoon, even he said Hobi is the actual leader of BTS and that he's publicly only a leader, Hobi awlays show us his smile and never showed that he's tired, but still some fans hate him. He can dance , rap, sing, cook, clean, visual, entertainment others, he's a husband material, he's the whole package, I just want to keep him in my pocket because he so pure.
He's not the choreographer, they hire professionals whom he works with, tweaks it to fit their style and teaches the dance to the other 6 after catching it up pretty quickly
Background vocals that you can't hear at all? He had 0 lines in studio version, background vocals do not count, he only had lines in live version. Everybody talks about background vocals of spring day but I can't hear him at all. You guys manipulate everyone into thinking that hobi had the most line while he had literally 0 lines

I'm a professional singer and J-Hope always catch my attention. Actually he really knows how to sing well (note : everybody can sing but not everyone can notice his vocal range). But J-Hope often be able to pull a right note for him when he does it seriously. But he' a great entertainer, too.. So he also knows how & when to be funny 😆
Hobi's belting is super strong, his range might not be as wide as the vocal line but he definitely knows how to use the range that he has to the best effect. The raspy lilt he has in his voice just makes belting notes sound even better.

This is just talking about vocals, but he’s actually the most handsome face of BTS, just his tent-hairstyle gets in the way far to much. His jawline, eyes, mouth and nose is perfect line. But if you make him in both dancing and looks great, others might look less. There have to be something like a level scale for each member to present - AND that’s why only his good dancing skills is notice and not vocals nor looks. Luckily it doesn’t look like it bothers him - he’s happy - a real sunshine.

He is spectacular, and exceptional. He can sing, rap, dance, has the best visuals and charisma while performing, and has a very strong stage presence. He is very expressive during performance which add more to his choreography. He is the epitome of elegance, beauty and perfection. He is the king of the stage. I wonder what he lacks.
Imagine being underrated and coming out an all-round artist: dancer, singer, rapper...visual is a given. I like all BTS but I honestly think if they ever disband, he stands to lose THE LEAST: he can have come-back after come-back as a solo artist coz he can write and produce + all the above, not to mention his amazing stage presence that everyone who's been to their live performances talks about. He's had to eat a lot of humble pie over the years, and probably Korean music industry is different but with the West you see so many artists flourish in solo careers even after the group disbands. I love his unique infusion of melody and little ad-lib sounds like "eh", "uh" in his raps, it's so him! I enjoy BTS, and I got into them as a group and I hope they can keep going but if ever the time comes, I hope Jhope will keep going. Sorry for the rant. Jhope isn't even my bias but I think this is just facts. Ps. I agree with the comment that his hairstylist needs to switch gears, I mean the Boy in Luv era with his forehead showing he looked so good (and I never ever thought foreheads made that huge of a difference, I'm African our hair don't grow like that, we see them all the time). Okay, I was listening to Dynamite for the bajillionth time and noticed there were a heckin' lot of harmonies in the background I hadn't noticed before. So I went and revisited a bunch of BTS songs and probably cranked up the volume to a level that damaged my ears, but Hobi is LITERALLY A SUB-VOCALIST IN THIS GROUP FOR A REASON boi has some STUNNING lower and occasionally higher harmonies in I Need U, Fake Love, etc. Srsly, he's stunning, ugh.
All of them are awesome that's why J-Hope is my number 1. They're all uniquely talented in each of their own ways, but the way J-Hopes voice sounds melts my heart and makes me happy.
My favorite J-Hope's vocal moment is in Hey Mama and Spring day. But my ultimate "shook" moment by J-Hope is in the live Born Singer performance, the one when they were younger with RM wearing a white baseball cap. The contrast of the fierce rap in one phrase and the gentle vocal in the next is startling and it shows how much control he has in his vocals. I also love it when he sings as sub-vocal in some songs. I think he actually was hired as a vocalist but Tae wanted to do vocals more so J- Hope let him. And he learned how to rap from Suga and RM. Always the sweetheart

JHope is really the hidden member of BTS, people don't give him enough credits, behind the camera he's done so much, he is the one of the real reason that BTS always have the most amazing performance, he's the coreographer and he also helps in composoing songs, he's always there for his member especially Namjoon, even he said Hobi is the actual leader of BTS and that he's publicly only a leader, Hobi awlays show us his smile and never showed that he's tired, but still some fans hate him. He can dance , rap, sing, cook, clean, visual, entertainment others, he's a husband material, he's the whole package, I just want to keep him in my pocket because he so pure.
He's not the choreographer, they hire professionals whom he works with, tweaks it to fit their style and teaches the dance to the other 6 after catching it up pretty quickly

I'm a professional singer and J-Hope always catch my attention. Actually he really knows how to sing well (note : everybody can sing but not everyone can notice his vocal range). But J-Hope often be able to pull a right note for him when he does it seriously.
But he' a great entertainer, too.. So he also knows how & when to be funny 😆
Hobi's belting is super strong, his range might not be as wide as the vocal line but he definitely knows how to use the range that he has to the best effect. The raspy lilt he has in his voice just makes belting notes sound even better.

This is just talking about vocals, but he’s actually the most handsome face of BTS, just his tent-hairstyle gets in the way far to much. His jawline, eyes, mouth and nose is perfect line. But if you make him in both dancing and looks great, others might look less. There have to be something like a level scale for each member to present - AND that’s why only his good dancing skills is notice and not vocals nor looks. Luckily it doesn’t look like it bothers him - he’s happy - a real sunshine.

He is basically one of the most talented Kpop idol I have ever seen. he is a whole group by himself. no wonder why producers and idol trainers keep telling their trainees that for a group to be successful, they need someone like Jhope. not only so talented and completing all holes of BTS from the start, teaching them and perfecting their stages, but also a team player and the heart of bts. sometimes I feel sorry for this fandom and anyone who tends to overlook how amazing he is. he is gifted to us, hope people understand.

He is spectacular, and exceptional. He can sing, rap, dance, has the best visuals and charisma while performing, and has a very strong stage presence. He is very expressive during performance which add more to his choreography. He is the epitome of elegance, beauty and perfection. He is the king of the stage. I wonder what he lacks.
Imagine being underrated and coming out an all-round artist: dancer, singer, rapper...visual is a given. I like all BTS but I honestly think if they ever disband, he stands to lose THE LEAST: he can have come-back after come-back as a solo artist coz he can write and produce + all the above, not to mention his amazing stage presence that everyone who's been to their live performances talks about. He's had to eat a lot of humble pie over the years, and probably Korean music industry is different but with the West you see so many artists flourish in solo careers even after the group disbands. I love his unique infusion of melody and little ad-lib sounds like "eh", "uh" in his raps, it's so him! I enjoy BTS, and I got into them as a group and I hope they can keep going but if ever the time comes, I hope Jhope will keep going.
Sorry for the rant. Jhope isn't even my bias but I think this is just facts.

I agree with the comment that his hairstylist needs to switch gears, I mean the Boy in Luv era with his forehead showing he looked so good (and I never ever thought foreheads made that huge of a difference, I'm African our hair don't grow like that, we see them all the time). But with him I wonder if it's intentional like how a brainy girl dumbs herself down to be less intimidating to a cute boy or something. I think the spotlight's planned for somebody else (according to HYBE) and he's had to look less in every other area besides dance and rap esp. (conspiracy theory). Okay, I was listening to Dynamite for the bajillionth time and noticed there were a heckin' lot of harmonies in the background I hadn't noticed before. So I went and revisited a bunch of BTS songs and probably cranked up the volume to a level that damaged my ears, but Hobi is LITERALLY A SUB-VOCALIST IN THIS GROUP FOR A REASON boi has some STUNNING lower and occasionally higher harmonies in I Need U, Fake Love, etc. Srsly, he's stunning, ugh.
I would love to hear more of J-hope's high-pitched singing. It seems like he can actually achieve an angelic voice 😂💖

My favorite J-Hope's vocal moment is in Hey Mama and Spring day.
But my ultimate "shook" moment by J-Hope is in the live Born Singer performance, the one when they were younger with RM wearing a white baseball cap. The contrast of the fierce rap in one phrase and the gentle vocal in the next is startling and it shows how much control he has in his vocals.
I also love it when he sings as sub-vocal in some songs. His low humming voice adds warmth and roundness to the song. (I don't know how vocalists call it. It's just my feeling)

This is the video I needed.. I've always been amazed by his vocals and keep telling my friends how great he sounds. This video is a perfect compilation. His rap style is very unique and he also has such an amazing voice... He simply owned Spring day. His part in stay gold too is addictive. Is there anything this man can't do? He can sing, rap, dance and look dashing... His english has improved so much recently. Dynamite VMA Hobi attacked my heart. Oh and about the latest music camp radio show, he looked so stunning..I just couldn't take my eyes off him. Also, he always encourages and appreciates all the members wholeheartedly.

Since the original lineup of BTS was a full rap line, jhope was trained as a rapper. Jhope was already training as a rapper way back and after few year, tae joined as a vocalist. Why would they even swap when the positions where meant for them already lol.
