God doesn't change us, but instead HE can INSPIRE THE DESIRE & WILL POWER TO WANT TO ALIGN our life with his BEST FOR US.

Pastors don't really have an answer. All sermons I have listened to about this topic the pastors talk about " maybe this" , "maybe that" . This is exactly the friends of Job kind of sermon. They had no clue what was going on but they kept accusing Job of doing something wrong. That is what most of sermons are like. Pastors have no clue so they guess.

Completely agreed! This is why WE (as INDIVIDUALS) must Inquire of God for Understanding and Revelation for OURSELF, which is what King Solomon spoke of in Proverbs 3:5 (as described more in-depth in the Amplified Bible):
*“The beginning of wisdom is: Get [skillful and godly] wisdom [it is preeminent]! And with all your acquiring, get understanding [actively seek spiritual discernment, mature comprehension, and logical interpretation]."*
