I don't know actually what happened with others but when i reached the immigration counter there I was the only indian on the line . An officer came to me and asked if I had a hotel booking etc. and took me to a counter which is mentioned as Vip/special . There he told me to sit down while he was checking my documents and I showed the return ticket / bank statement/ hotel booking etc. and showed my indian 15k INR then he gave me a declaration form to fill where I just filled my name sign, hotel names, flight numbers , passport details etc. then he stamped my passport and I came in Thailand

No bro just passport, return ticket, hotel bookings . You should make a detailed travel Itinerary for the trip( i recommend ). They gave me a declaration form to fill (flight no , hotel details, passport no & sign etc. ) . And you should carry 10k THB per person. (Don't exchange cash in Bangkok airport they gave the very worst rates) . My immigration was done in a separate counter and the officer checked everything and then stamped ( no visa fee from 10 nov) + use your card for most of your transactions online like booking a bike/taxi (grab/bolt in Thailand) . So you will not face change issues . And don't withdraw cash from the ATM multiple times in Thailand because per transaction they will deduct 220 Baht as a fee . So it's better to withdraw cash in a single time .

But don't take a trip casually like me so you will go through a smooth entry. Keep proper documents and money.
You need a sticker visa for some countries, some are visas on arrival, some countries offer e visas and some countries provide visa free entry for Indias. Everything changes from time to time . If you want to know for any specific country please let me know i will provide all the details.
