    I couldn’t thank you enough for sharing such a personal journey with everyone. I have gone through something similar in life and it feels horrible. But after watching this i got so much strength that i am not the only one out there. There are people who are facing problems like us and we can heal too.     Thank you for your courage and honesty about a very real and debilitating mental condition. I really sympathize with your struggle and being in the public domain must have been so challenging.
    I had my first panic attack during my first trimester and it’s something that I’m sure lots of women face.The positive outcome was that like you I got psychological help and everything worked out and my daughter and I have been to therapy and still do when we have things to work through.
    Mr Anmol you’re a champ 😉physical excercise is so healthy for both body and mind.Love the episode ♥️♥️

    It’s 1.52 a.m. and I thought of watching something light so that I can sleep peacefully. Your video popped up in my feed and I opened it. Amrita everything you said is relatable. I have tears in my eyes. But thank you because you said this is just a phase which will go away. I am eagerly waiting for my phase to end. I think I’m also avoiding to accept that I have anxiety issues. And oh my god!! You people are so so loveable. Touchwood. Anmol and your understanding is visible is every video of yours. While watching this video, it didn’t feel like as if I was watching some celebrities videos or some gyaan wala video rather I felt as if a friend was talking to me.     Even I suffered this anxiety issue in 2017 just after i got married,my concern was regarding job as i was working n here i was homemaker,which i couldn't adapt to and hence I started to get panick attacks,did visit phsyciatrist,he suggested that I am pretty young and yoga, meditation, exercise will definitely help and yes yoga really helped me,kindly mention the importance of yoga too 😇

    Firstly I don't know how to say thanks when people took a step ahead and speak about all this. I m college student and suffering from anxiety , i went to doctor but unable to share all that stuff which is the root cause. I m having my some really bad days , i used to watch your video's but this tym I seriously got late.     Hey I just wanted to say that it's very important to take professional help for mental health issues as it can befall anyone , contrary to what we think. Most people sleep less in anxiety/ depression, however there is a variety of depression known as atypical/melancholic depression where people sleep more , like what Deepika said.     Thank you for sharing your story and ending it on such a positive note. I feel like I can share my story of anxiety too. 2020 when the pandemic hit I started getting irritable, didn't want to sleep especially at night because I was scared of darkness and the fact that the pandemic will never end and we will all be stuck. I was living alone in another city and my parents were in another. It was the scariest time of my life. And Once I reunited with them I decided to seek help and with time, the support system and the courage I had within me, helped me recover and today I am confident enough to share my story.

    Best way to deal with anxiety is to listen 'mujhe haq hai' and see poonam making expressions of sardi 😀 in the song

    Omg!! Hats off to you Amrita , you wouldn't believe that i have the same fears what you are talking about. Thank you so much for sharing your experience . Before this I didn't know that this thing has a particular word which is called anxiety attack.

    It Just happened with me 3 months back . I couldn't live in a dark room or take my sleep even nap . And I started doing blunders each day .. impatient in everything ... wanted things immediately ....phobic of social interaction and closed spaces too. By the time I developed interest in puran upanishad Bedas and there by self cured.
    When you really don't want something But have to do that forcefully only then people develop anxiety ....this is what I think .
