Which Kick drum technique do you use or prefere?

I have come to use "heel-toe" as described here (#3) when doubles or triples are required. Often heel down will suffice.

@@skinfiddler cool, a lot of people prefer heel toe, it seems to have taken off over the last 10 years or so since people began talking about it on you tube
