To make this edit possible on After Effects for all the people that want tutorials, your going to have to first collect a your overlays, such as the globe, the fire, the pills, the butterflies, particles, lighting bolts, the liquid purple lean and the little explosion etc. You'll need to use half tone, twixtor, cc, null object and transform for transitions, hue/saturation for some of the overlays, pixel sorting, opacity, maybe some masked transitions, and transition sound effects ❤🤘
