Hey Robert! Happy to see new videos as always! I was curious if the chemical spills that happened recently in Ohio have shown any effects around your area? Wishing you and the family the best! Stay safe and keep pushing hard through recovery brother!
Hello. That chemical spill was on the other some of the state from us. However the deep well injection site where they are disposing of some of the chemicals isn't that far from us. I can't imagine having something like that happen in our small town. Thanks for thinking of us!
@@PheasantLaneFarm I can tell, I have horses too and you were very smart with the way you set things up, i pet sit for minis too and they keep 2 together in one regular horse stall. ( In the beginning I though you preggo mares name was Pizza haha)
@@PheasantLaneFarmI'd be interested in price of the structure including concrete. I'd say the horse stall portions were the cheapest parts. Buildings are crazy high now
@tracyjohnson5023 I had a quote from a company between 80 and 90k. I can tell you I had 33k in materials and 4k in concrete, not including labor. Insurance has replacement value around 120.
Got to your YT channel randomly, checking for horse barn ideas. Glad I came here. I am also subscribed to Gary's channel. Thanks for the tips!
Thanks for checking us out!
Robert, you have built and awesome barn! Take care sir and I’ll see you on the next one…
Thank you so much! I'm glad it's reached this stage, at times I thought it was never going to get done.
The pig in a sweater 🥹
Ya I guess he will be staying around the farm for a long time. Kiddo said no freezer in his future.
Shout out to my girl Brenda at Premier 1! ❤ I’m glad I stumbled across your page. I enjoy the content!
We appreciate that. We've had some family stuff going on lately but hope to have some videos out soon.
I’d love to see the building process or an explanation of how the stalls were built!
I can do an in depth video for you soon!
@@PheasantLaneFarm great! Thanks!!
Great video Robert and please don't let Casper the Boss be to rough on you buddy.
Haha he can be a little bossy. I told him to knock it or its off the the freezer for him haha. Thanks for watching, Josh.

@metalkingtohorses hahaha. Ya I wish we could put the minis in together to free up a stall. They have a serious love hate relationship lol
Bwllo
Do y’all have photos or more videos of the stall budget horse barn? I want to do something similar but for chickens.
I have.some footage but I can make another video that's more in depth if it would help
so what was the cost? Did I miss that?
For the whole barn or the horse portion?
