I experienced that with the planes in Batumi a few weeks ago! Not really a beach, but little separates the runway and the Black Sea, and there's a road and walkway between them. Those planes aren't every 10 minutes though; they can be hours apart.

For everyone thinking that Phuket isn’t affordable anymore it is if u look within and around the airport area they still have apartments running at $400 and up usd.Every time when I think of Phuket and hua hin I think of luxury mixed with affordability😅.

If you can’t have mountains, living on or near the beach is a dream come true. There are few places where you could have a million dollar natural view for an affordable cost.
Actually, St Martin has an Airport that has the exhaust breakers and runway, right in front of a beach. Warning signs tell people to stay back when Planes are taking off!

Not cheap,just checked Expedia and it's around US$400 per night for a single room, so that villa is probably around $2500/night!😅
