Honestly, I love love LOVE how you call it the Netherlands and not just Holland like most other people. Makes my heart happy! Those pink cakes, that name is just the brand not the name of the cakes themselves. They are kind of a fancier version of something called a Rozekoek (pronounced row-ze-kook) and they're pretty nice, especially with a cup of tea. The Dutchies love their tea! I would also highly recommend trying the traditional breakfast, Hagelslag (pronounced haggle-slag but with.. a "flemy" sound on the G). Really nice on bread or if you find "beschuit" (be-sch-out)", also really nice!
What a fun place for kids! My husband was born in the Netherlands. He and his parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1953 when he was 2-1/2.

They really have thought of everything! American campsites are so primitive by comparison! Perhaps because of longer European summer holidays. Very comfortable.

My husband is Dutch. They have bigger parks like this with more facilities. The place is empty because Summer holidays begin in July there. As you said, leading up to the Summer break, families go there on the weekend.

Hi noel and sue this vlog was interesting all the different things you can do and the play area are so nice, thats a well stocked shop i must say i like how all your kids play games with each other and make there own fun its so nice too see noel you did whats i used too do going round the sites and looking around its very fun and interesting doing thats you get too know things and have an explore also learn new things without looking you never find right noel and sue, loved the end off the vlog when the kids were having fun playing around and noel came out with its a disco and im not invited that's funny kids and playing with things there not suppose too look forward too more vlogs have fun stay safe all off you max you have an good imagination brilliant From Julie

I live in the Netherlands and the kids have more vacation in a year then only six weeks Summer vacation.
They recently have had a 2 weeks school vacation the beginning of may.

Ahhhhh i was soooooo HOPING that u wud do a vlog on the Netherlands after seeing u there on insta. ❤❤❤❤❤ Sue, your Archie is Mr Resilient. He had the fall at sch then a toe injury but he literally bounced back on that bouncy thing. GREAT playground wasn't it. Looks like ya all r having a FAB time. By the way this vlog cheered me right up. Here I am traveling India in the summer and there's a heat wave!!!! 😮 So basically it's a heatwave during a literal indian summer and iv been sooooooo uncomfortable all day. There was a power cut all day too so ya can imagine how oppressive it was for everyone. But the fan is back on now and a new vlog from u came out so all is good now. 😀

If your close to the Belgium border go there for your fuel. That's what my daughters and her husband does as its much cheaper .
They would put a boot on his foot if he has broken it. Someone I know had that happen
