I really enjoyed this video. I must say that I lean towards the Radiant Wise #4. Thank you for doing this! Have a great day! ❤
You are so welcome, Michelle! I love the colours in the Radiant Wise! 🤩Thanks for stopping by! 🫂
my favourite RWS decks are Albano and dirty pam. its the colour pallets that i find appealing.
Hi, B! 🌻Thanks for stopping by. The colour pallets are what pulls me in as well! 🎨I find it fascinating how colour can change the way we feel, the way we view something, etc. 🧡💛
Loved this comparison. My favourite is the Albano!
I’m always amazed at the fact that colour variation, but same or similar artwork, can make such a difference when reading the cards. At least in my experience when reading. 🤩 Thanks for stopping by! 🌈
@RootsAndWaves Yeah! I'm drawn to bright coloured decks so Albano will always be my favourite haha.
I watched the whole thing Ang. I have to say that the old Plaid Back is my favourite of the 4 you chose to show us today. I'm not a fan of the Albino colour palette. And it's very true, if you can't connect with the colours of the cards, I think it would be really hard to divinate with them! Thanks so much!! 🐭💚🍗🍗
Oh my old trusty plaid back is absolutely a fav of mine! And it's worn in and grubby on the edges. It just feels so good in my hands. Like an old friend that I can just keep going back to again and again. 😍Thanks for watching, Rain! 🐭💚🐭
Thank you, I have been wondering about getting the Radiant Wise, but have heard mixed reviews regarding the cardstock, to say that early printing had flimsy cardstock but later prints have sturdy thick cardstock which it seems like you have? My first deck was the Universal RWS which is a nice softer colouring, but I love to see all the variations out there 😊
Hi Monica! Doh, I totally should have spoken about the cardstock. I wasn't fully thinking with my congested head. 🤧But yes, my copy of the Radiant Wise has nice thick cardstock. Oh, Universal RWS is another nice one! I'm grateful you are here. Thank you. 🌹
@@RootsAndWaves that's great to know it had thick cardstock as I'm a bit pedantic that way 😁 I think I shall go ahead and get a copy soon. And I wish you a speedy recovery, soul nourishment and good health 😊
Great info Ang. My favorite is the Centennial.
It's so good! Reminds me of an old newspaper print. Love it! Thanks for stopping by, Rhiannon! 💙💜💗
Thank you 🙏🌸
Great video Ang. LOL. I have 20 different version of the RWS, not counting Hoi Polloi based versions.
20 versions?! Holy moly. I know there are so many out there and it's so intriguing when I come across channels that showcase versions I've never seen. Do you have a favourite? 🍄Thanks for stopping by, Robin! 🍄
@@RootsAndWaves I do have a favorite, but it's a one-off made by a friend and unavailable to others. Simon has more in his collection than I do, but I don't know if he's counted them all.
Do the regular deck cards are thick? Or soft?
@@shayshed both of those decks have a nice playing card type stock that shuffles beautifully! Not thick at all! 😁
ALL of the backs are lackluster, & every Tarot deck, after all these decades, should be borderless & for Heaven's sake, gilded. I'm still searching, ugh!
It never ceases to amaze me how many times this deck has been given a ‘new lease of life’ I never get tired of the many and varied iterations. Looking forward to Retina Waite Smith next.
Thank you for your kind words, Ang and for the link to my channel. Much love 🙏🏻❤️
Your love and passion for the RWS always inspires me. 😍Oh, Retina Waite Smith? I've not heard of this! I will be sure to keep my eyes peeled on your channel for more info! 👀Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Much love to you, Simon!! 🌟
