Finally! Ever since I got glass at a restaurant in the USA it became my favorite dish. I’m super excited to try this out! Hopefully it’ll be as good as when I got it last time.
Nah I work at that factory. There’s a lot more work then they show here. Pretty hot and uncomfortable back there especially when running around that machine for 12 hours straight.
Mmm delicious glass Edit:OML 1KKK Edit:1.2kkkkkkkkk omfgggg Edit:i really don't need yall saying "i didn't like bc of the edit" -_- i dont care if you like bc its just a stupid comment
I'm a chemistry graduate, and I did a project based around special types of glass last semester. It was really cool to synthesize our own glasses, every step of the way :-) The basics of it is really quite simple, and I still cherish the memory of my "first-born" glass, that was sadly crushed to a powder. May it rest in pieces :'-(
I just bought a set of your silicone spatulas, really dig them. Nice quality and not a bad price. I like that you recycle the glass chips and imperfect bowls. Pretty cool!
Wow I can't wait to try this recipe with the kids! I might use less polish so it has more of that ~home baked~ appeal, but other than that I think it'll go down a treat with the family!
So fascinating! This reminds me of when I used to watch Mister Rogers Neighborhood as a kid and he would show us how stuff is made with those films he would get from Mister McPheely.
I was literally just gonna search for how glass is made, got distracted by a Tasty video, browsed through the channel and now here I am. STILL ON TASTY BUT WATCHING HOW GLASS IS MADE. Which is my entire purpose of opening TH-cam tonight. Holy shit. What even is happening. I’m so confused and satisfied at the same time.
What is this, How It's Made? That ain't even food. Who's idea was it to make this? Did someone just say, "hey, ya know what? I'm pretty hungry for some *glass* right now. Let's show people the recipe."
I need to try this recipe out. All I need is some expensive ingredients, expensive equipment, and a 2300 degree oven. ^Tasty is trying to act like I work at a Michelin star restaurant.
Mmm, I didn't think about eating glass before, but now I know I'll have to try it! Thanks to tasty for opening my mind to new experiences. Eat glass everybody
I work at ARC in NJ. The process is pretty cool but cleaning up the tons of broken glass is not fun lol. Definitely not showing us breaking our backs in the video raking and shoveling glass all day

I always did want those Tasty glass bowls. There’s just something professional about using 20 bowls to make one recipe
Yep 😄
The sound of all that broken glass falling must be so relaxing
Nick Lowe liked the sound of breaking glass so much that he wrote a song about it th-cam.com/video/BDbUEydkuR8/w-d-xo.html

Any glass maker would recycle broken or damaged pieces if possible. It is very easy to do on site.
Wait till primitive technology finds out how todo all this. The wildlife is gonna be shook
When i use this recipe, i topped it off with green onions and a little bit of soy sauce. It was the most amazing combo i've ever made. Try it!
