i have a general note: most of the videos in the channel are pixilated or low res. also I have a question regarding the template language, if I create two language for the same template: which language will be sent per customer? does it automatically get selected based on the customer's language?

Something is so wrong with Interakt team. No proper documentation at all. And few that are available are in Hind and very low resolution
