The longer this $60K to $74K range lasts (already 3 months), the longer this cycle will last. If it stays in this range another 3 months, then the likelihood of a normal 35 months bull cycle ending in Oct 2025 increases IMO.
you are 100% correct we have been in this range since March 1st approximately. Right now we are in consolidation for the next move upwards. The slower the move upwards with steady gains the longer the Bull Run will last. I don't expect a massive upswing until November after the presidential elections. Yes, I am prepared to see a top by November 2024, but will accept it a more traditional 6-12 months later (some time between May-Nov 2025). Doesn't matter to me, since I am in my position and just adding to it while we chop sideways.
I anticipate this Bull Run has about 10-16 months to go. Much of it depends on when the federal rates get cut, by how much, and how long. Right now the federal rates are at a historical high for the last 30 years. The rates have been up for about 10 months and I anticipate the rates will be cut somewhere between sept- november. The economy is worse than people are being led to believe. When the Fed cuts rate and starts to print money to boost the economy very much money is created and slushes into the economy boosting the price of bitcoin.
