Feels like maybe she allowed herself to go along with it, and maybe she grossed herself out with what she was participating in and wanted to "delete" the only people who knew about it. Because a young person doesn't always understand the options they have often fearing the unknown over the known.
      I know someone this almost exact thing happened to- very similar situation.
      Almost similar results.
      Mental damage changes how a young person thinks. They may even think similarly to their offenders.

    11:07 people in the comments assume that the show is comparing Cony to the other two women. It's not. They don't understand that the couple were the predators. Not Cindy. The true victims were Cindy and the four children. We don't know how their life was up to that point. They could have been being abused as well.

    Sorry but I don't believe cindy's story. She seems extremely cold and emotionless. 15:44 duping delight! So Carol told her to get the kids and help them escape through the window but somehow she fell and woke up outside. The only survivor. 14:59 ''I stood there watching them burn'' that statement speaks volumes! Quite a coincidence her grandmothers house set on fire just weeks prior.

    If Cindy's allegations of abuse by her father are true, it sounds like she is describing her abuse by her father and not the couple. As others have pointed out, the children were completely innocent.

    • @margaretcastell9429
      @margaretcastell9429 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They were innocent then but with parents like they had they could have been abused by their parents and end up as vile as they were. Maybe they were being sexually abused then. No proof, however, but it would not appear to be uncommon as they grow up. Simply find this exploitation of children too awful to contemplate. Cindy had apparently been permanently destroyed by early abuse. I can't imagine how awful that was. No real excuse for their deaths. She should have been imprisoned in a mental health treatment prison.

    • @jeffreychandler1566
      @jeffreychandler1566 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@margaretcastell9429 What you just said is one of the most disgusting and vile things I've heard someone say. For you to actually say that the children were innocent at the time BUT probably would've ended up as vile as their abusive parents. so youre basically saying that they likely wouldve deserved being burned alive because hypothetically in your head they likely would've committed abuse towards children in the future?
      The vast majority of children who are abused don't end up abusing children when they grow up. You said that as if it wasn't that bad what Cindy did to them.
      I'm beyond words for how sick of a statement that was.

    The world needs to do a much better job of protecting our children. Most of the people who end up in prison and many who end up in long term psychiatric care have been terribly abused as children, and quite often people knew, and could have intervened but did not. If you suspect a child is being mistreated please please please tell someone in authority.
