    Would love to learn how to do these without my ingenuinal hernia acting up.. I don’t want surgery.. it’s doesn’t pop out, but about 40-60 seconds into a plank it starts tightening and kind of hurting.. what should I do? Wanted to ask this for a live question but, haven’t had luck

    The Plank i would not give it to any one when 75% of clients have disk herniation and they do not know it would not give this exercise any one to do ??

      Plank doesn't give you disk herniation at all, you probably confused with crunch.

    They are very informative on how to do exercise properly, but these are grown ass men. Why they gotta resort to homophobic banter like, don't look at my butt, even if it's playful, it's still very immature...they are all supposedly all straight men and no need to be so anti- gay...just seems very immature and childish...geez come on guys!!!
