Hi Richard, Yesterday, I had an interview with Lloyd, and the recruiter did not ask any of the typical questions I had prepared for from the video. Instead, they focused on more practical and situational questions, such as "How will you gain the trust of a customer?" Most of the questions were of a similar nature. It seems that the common interview questions have become obsolete as recruiters are aware that interviewees have extensively prepared for them. As a result, they are now opting for more unique and situational questions. Could you please update the video with the latest questions to reflect this change? Thank you.

Some of these are good, but honestly the verbiage is far over prepared and not genuine. Speak professionally but use your own voice. The "tell me about yourself" answer was such a crock of shit I'd stop listening to the candidate in interviewing. Don't blow smoke up the interviewers ass, be genuine.
Trust me, anyone who critisizes someone by saying "a crock of shit" would NEVER be a hiring manager. I take it you've never interviewed anyone??? It is interesting how you say it's "a crock of shit" but fail to provide any advice or tips on how someone actually should answer the question!
