Evgeniy Raskolnjikov funny how so many say that but are no where near these guys level. Seriously, these guys do this day in day out for a living to make it look this easy.
This is definitely the most beautiful match I've ever seen, since the match between Efren and Mika Immonen. Great performance from both players. 9 break&runs from 12 racks. Only one mistake during the whole match, which is caused by the slick table, caused the loss. What a match!
Great match. The commentary in this video is excellent! For aspiring players understanding what the player is doing and why is very helpful. A lot of pool videos have awful commentary and provide no insight into the game. This is the one others should emulate.
Diamond ka talaga james! Para mapressure mo si shane sa perfect bilyar! Promise! Everytime magharap kayo ni shane meron na daga sayo yan kahit itanong mo sa kanya! More power!
Wow James Aranas beats Shane Van Bonning and Thorsten Hohmann in the same tournament both hill hill battle. Wow this guy has a bright future for the game!
Everyone should picture for a minute what it's like to have a head and neck completely loose and free from tightness. You're able to clearly judge the table and execute each shot with a high level of precision. That is James Aranas. Every pro, even Ronnie O'Sullivan, has a tension you can just see it. This guy is quite pure.
Love DDs stroke. Just pure and smooth. JJs commentary so awesome. The other announcer George is kinda clueless. Said first time he’s seen DD but I literally just watched a 2018 us open 8b of DD v DO and he criticized their patterns. Smh!
The hard break from De Luna in the World Cup finals derailed the Philippine team's momentum. He didn't need to break that hard, the cut break, medium speed was working all tournament long. He was just fucking showing off at that point.
@@3000lchavez DON'T COMMENT IF YOU DON'T KNOW THAT THE WPA IS THE SANCTIONING BODY OF POOL. THERE IS ONLY A ONCE A YEAR 9 BALL CHAMPION. AS I KNOW, YOU ARE THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING IN YOUR LIFE. ADMIT TO YOUR LACK OF KNOWING ANYTHING. SVB LOST TWICE IN THE FINALS.
@0:55 "(SVB)arguably the greatest pool player in the last 15 years..." LOL what is jeremy saying?? In the last 15 years: Ko Pin Yi won 4 world championship titles, 3 All-Japan Open titles and 1 China Open title; Wu Chia Ching won 2 world championship titles, 2 China Open titles, and 1 All-Japan Open title; Mika has 2 US Open titles and a world 10-ball title; Daz has 2 US Open titles, a world 9-ball and a world 10-ball title; Ronnie Alcano won 2 World Championship titles, list goes on... And then svb here loses to aranas whos got no title at all.
Only a 6-year-old would see the table from this perspective; all the geometries are lost; you never see the break and often the cue ball is lost. There is no mobile camera. All this could be fine for some replays between one game and another, but there is no replay ... I thank those who posted this but the direction is worth it.
Additional info for all who didn't know james aranas very well.., they called Him "Dodong Diamond" anywhere in the philippines. and many says it's because he played in a diamond table very well, if you fought him in that table you're 50-50 against him LOL...
There's a couple players in the world that have some amazing aiming systems combined with terrific strokes. These two have to be among the best 5 players to ever live.
On paper SVB played awesome and shouldn't be upset at himself, just one missed ball. But it's frustrating that the one he missed was pretty easy, for him.
He is more bottom ball in my opinion, similar to SVB. He is no Efren Reyes that is for sure, not yet anyways. Closest to Efren Reyes in my opinion, in skill is SVB. Top 3 established, long running high level players are Neil's, SVB, and Carlos Biado. They may not win every tournament but their experience, they don't miss shots or very low percentage of errors, top teir 3 players. Basically you had Seigel, Efren, Strickland, Archer they were replaced by Alex Pagulayan, Robo Cop, Duel, Melling, (other brittish guy that looks like always has dip in his mouth) and replaced by SVB, Neil's, and Biado, who replaces them we don't know, you got Aranas, Kaci, Burgman.
The 9 ball game became so much easier for pros than ever. I wonder if something has to be done to make the game a bit more challenging. 10 ball would’ve been a better game for these pros. Or perhaps the 15 ball rotation (61), but not really an official game.
@@AngrierGorilla American rotation is more fun to play. But after looking at these pros running racks after racks it makes me wonder if the game has gotten so much easier for them. Ko Ping-chung once ran six racks in a row against SVB (that was impressive), yet, very frustrating for SVB since he hasn't done mistakes to lose without visiting the table at least once within the last 6 racks. SVB has done the same in world pool masters by running 8 racks in a row not letting his opponent to play at all. On the other hand, I watch snooker most of the time (although I am a pool player), and I enjoy the safety battles and shots exchange between players. Making a 147 or even a century is a very difficult task to do. Players often win frames after multiple visits to the table. That said, I would love to see something like this in pool.
@@GlitchBlitch I don't know if we're talking about the same game, however american rotation is this game here: th-cam.com/video/yU6f7XvgUoM/w-d-xo.html
Stop saying powerful break, devastating break. Its the rack. Started in 2000 and continues today. Breaker should never touch his own rack! Referee rack is the only fair way. You can clearly see the tilted rack here and pattern racking. Look how all the balls lead to each other. Easy racks. Love the game too much to do this.
I feel like all ball fouls is the only way to play. I’m a snooker fan though. People beat the balls around all the time in American pool halls and honestly, I cringe every time.
One of the greatest matches I ever seen, almost perfect!!
DuoPlayCy ikr and somehow people disliked this video wtf
Yeah cause the game and the tables are super easy nowadays
Evgeniy Raskolnjikov funny how so many say that but are no where near these guys level. Seriously, these guys do this day in day out for a living to make it look this easy.
What I see on this match is SVB vs Next SVB. Both of them have same stroke, accuracy and cue ball control ; speed and power. What a game.
Perfect pool by Aranas, I was really impressed. He has an awesome stroke.
Great commentary from Jeremy Jones. He knows so much about how great players think.
Very fluid strokes by Aranas. Very good player! 🤟🤟🤟

Hey james aranas just keeps getting better. And thats scary. SVB looks as good as ever.
Max Renn When these 2 play u usually get a very pretty match to watch. SVB w that loaded wrist and DD w super loose. Both so fluid tho
Who the fuck is this in the booth? Best pool commentary I've ever heard out of the 10000+ hours of professional pool I have watched.

Because anton raga isn't a human
James Aranas might very well become the world's No.1 player. He is amazing
It was one match. He still has a long way to becoming #1.
the best match ever
James Aranas kept roasting Jeremy every time he says his positioning is off.
These guys are legit monsters.
What country is Aranas from ?
Why is James Aranas wearing a Cycle helmet?
Safety first. lol
One miss after 5 racks, and it's you're LAST shot....
Shane took off his glove right after the last rack break...

Closest in play style to Efren Reyes I'd say Ronnie Alcano, and while totally different strokes, Biado's cue ball seem to roll similarly.
