For instance, there can be a person that's very tedious and want to put their best foot forward but a little lengthy in time and then there's that one unprofessional, just do what she can and f the rest type of person and she get hired for the position because she's faster at finishing and faking it until she make it.

I have been boosting my posts compiling my work into a reel. I was taking models but now have moved on to taking clients. I Do Not have a booking site so that could be an issue (I do have people inquire but then nothing else) I made a tik tok and will start posting there. I also made a next door account. I have great customer service. I post educational posts. I also made a reel out of reviews from 5-6 models I’ve serviced. I post 1-3 times daily and interact with other lash artists and potential clients.
