    This option does not work for everyone. If you really wanna wake up at 6am, you can. You JUST need to find the reason why you wanna wake up at 6am. You might fail a few times but if your reason/why is solid you will succeed.
    Let me tell you about my experience with smoking. I used to be a chain smoker for the last 10 years. All of my friends/Everyone told me to reduce my consumption slowly. But I could not do that instead I started smoking more. I tried multiple times but I failed every time.
    When I found my reason for quitting. I actually succeeded. The last time I touched a cigarette was on 2nd August 2021. It's been more than two years now.
    Currently, my goal is to wake up at 4am. And I will do the same. I know my reason/why should I wake up at 4AM.

    Me mently kafi weak ho gaya hu
    depression, stress khatam hi nahi ho raha hai, happiness aaspaas hi nhi hai, khush ho jata hu toh doubt krne lagta hu .. affirmations, yoga, medicine sab kr diya fir bhi yh hi problem... present par focus nhi kr pa rahi hu and confidence loose hota hi ja raha hai
