Il pezzo è interessante, spero anch'io che tornino all'originalità degli esordi. Cosa in effetti non facile, dopo 27 anni e 14 album. Stando alle dichiarazioni, però, l'intento sembrerebbe quello 👀 oltre a sperimentare con vari generali musicali (tra cui l'hip-hop) e a sfruttare appieno la voce di Geike.

Niente rancori o altro, ma le "divergenze creative inconciliabili" sono state confermate sia da Alex che da Noémie e, in parole povere, pare che verso la fine non si sopportassero più 😅 Noémie, comunque, sta lavorando al terzo album da solista.

Noémie is not coming back ever, and that's not a bad thing. She doesn't seem to look back on her Hooverphonic time with warm feelings, and her reaction to Geike's return was rather pathetic. She focuses on her solo career that wouldn't exist if it wasn't for people knowing her because of Hooverphonic and she's not exactly reaching new heights on her own.
Love Hooverphonic but I can’t help but want more real instruments. All the Hooverphonic vocalists are amazing and sound best without autotune. Instruments are the same. Sometimes you just have to sing out of key… right?

They used quite a lot of acoustic instruments and stuff in their latest albums, so I guess a bit of electronics and reverb is not going to hurt 🤓
