honestly, i think the only buff hog needs to be "viable" is make all forms of "increased healing" override antiheal kind of a "counteraction" between the two, that way hog can cleanse himself of it, but at the cost of breather, hog is like, the only tank thats HARD COUNTERED by antiheal, so a method to counteract, rather then outright counter would be nice. also would allow ana to basically cleanse her team of anti. slightly buffing her? when in reality it kind of net zeros, since your nerfing one part of her kit, to buff another. lol. essentially nerfing her offensive capabilities, in favor of buffing her defensive capabilities.
who knows when the rework is coming, so id at least like that sort of buff going forward, idk.
