If you go to verse 7 of the same chapter , Allah says some verses are not entirely clear and only him understand.
So if the Quran is the truth without doubt, how can you prove while you don't understand some verses and only Allah understands the verses.???

Brother the words عَلَقَةً (alaqah) and عَلَقٍ (alaq) don't mean clot or congealed blood. Those translations are wrong. The Arabic word عَلَقٍ comes from the root word علق (aliqa) which means to cling, or hang or stick to. The literal meaning of the word عَلَقٍ (alaq), means something that clings or hangs. In the embryology of human development, the male sperm fertilizes the female egg in the fallopian tube. After this fertilization takes place. The fertilized egg comes out of the fallopian tube and comes down to the uterus and attaches itself or clings to the wall of the uterus.

*Final and Last Book of God which is also Muhaymon **5:48** "the Quran" is the TRUTH of all truths. For being final edition of all scriptures, and for being Muhaymon; after consigning all previous scriptures to oblivion, Quran has superseded all previous scriptures.* After landing of Quran, every human is BOUND to follow only that Divine Law which has been finalized in Quran 2:105-106, 5:48, 28:52...54, 2:137, 6:155. Being final, Quran has carried forward all those Sharia laws of previous Scriptures which are not outdated. Quran has also abrogated outdated laws of Previous scriptures 2:105-106, 5:48, 28:52...54, 2:137, 6:155. For example: from 10 commandment of Original Uncorrupted Torah, Quran has carried forward 9 commandments but Quran has abrogated the 10th one "Sabbath" due to Universal nature of Quran. Quran has also carried forward almost all dietary law of Original Uncorrupted Torah except minor update. This is why, Kosher is Halal for we Muslims.

Learn, that Quran never abrogates its own verses but abrogates outdated sharia of previous scriptures 2:105-106, 5:48, 28:52...54, 2:137, 6:155. Jaahil Oldi Sunni and Shia Imams when failed to reconcile a verse of Quran with other verses; they found no way out but to say that this and that verse is abrogated by this and that verse.
If there was really abrogation in Quran, then Prophet was supposed to tell sahaaba about those Fixed Numbers of verses, and today we should have known just one fixed number of those verses. But Sunni and Shia Imams have played with Books of Allah Azza wa Jal like a poet plays with his Scribbling Pad.
*Truth is: a person who says that Quran abrogates its own verses, denies Divine Origin of Quran, and that kind of person is OUT from the fold of Islam. Almost all top Muslim Professor of Islamic law of today are agreed that Quran never abrogates its own verses but abrogates outdated Sharia of previous scriptures.*
