Me too bro 😩😩 can feel you pain...But mine was worse I was heading home from work yesterday at 12AM 😭😭 It was so dark and I was so mad at this bike ... it's been months now this bike starts having number of issues which I haven't encountered before... really a piece of metal and nothing else ....will sell it this year for sure i had enough 🙏

I had a non-start problem the other day with my battle green 2015 C5 FE 500cc model. The problem arose after going off road and heavily banging the kick stand switch on a rock. When the key was engaged, no orange engine light came on; just the basic white light. No real damage was noticeable, however after disconnecting and removing the switch, the light came on and the bike started immediately. I took the switch apart, cleaned and lubricated it and refitted it. That did the job, however, I still have this problem intermittently. I just fiddle with kick-stand a little and it's good to go. I will endeavour to change it when I get time. Hope this helps someone ;-)

The reason the wire came off is that the metal stress relief clamp around the cable had come way from the switch, that should be fixed too or it may happen again.

My problem are exactly like this, the bike can’t start. but only the check engine light that won’t power up. Lamp, turning sign, neutral light are ok. Can you explain why it can happen?
My classic 500 fuse blowing continue during self, now I am using only kick start. Please suggest some remedial step
I have thunderbird 500cc 2015 model and I am unable to start the bike because efi checking sound & malfunction indicator light not coming, I have checked the fuses and relay all are in good condition also I have cleaned each and every connector but no use so could you please help me out and let me know the cause

I have a problem with my classic 500, when it turns on, the engine light immediately turns off, and i cannot use the self start button. but the lights, horn, etc, all of it works. pls help. thanks!

Great... Guidance... Friend..... Today I have same problem with my Classic 500 Tan 2014 model ...... So, all bike fuse are working well.... But bike drastically working... Like on & off simultaneously..... The starter.. Continuously running..... If I don't use bike key in the switch..... Later on my bike battery fell Tooo hot..... And bike didn't work, bike is not start...... Plz give some suggestions...... I really need Help.

Firstly check is the battery having charge...Using Multimeter.
Meri classic 350 me ek issue hai, main jaise self start krta h waise bike ki sabhi light off ho jati hai phir wo kick se bhi start nhi hoti hai, battery ke terminal ko hta kar jb dubara connect karte hai tb bike ki light wapas se aati hai aur phir kick se start kr sakte maine new battery bhi dala liya lekin problem abhi bhi same hai , pls guide me kya issue ho sakta hai
I have a problem in my classic 500. When i turn on my bike only neutral light blinks, remaining stuffs like light, horn, indicator does not turn on. Even tried kick start but no luck. What may be the problem ?
+Iam Shanmugam firstly check fuse change all Ur fuse if necessary ,,check battery,and spray WD 40 spray there might be rust /dirt near ignition switch .

I have problem with my classic 350 when iam.using self start button the fire comes from the silencer and it doesn't start .
Most probably there will be
1. Timing problem
2. Ignition problem
3. BTW DID YOU REPLACE THE ACCELATOR CABLE ?

model. I did't ride my motorcycle for last 6 months. Now that I am
trying to turn it on , it wont start. My self start is not working, I
believe my battery is almost dead by now. So I tried to kick start it
many times, that did't work either. Headlight turns on when I turn the
Key on. I was wondering what could be the problem and what would you
recommend me to do to start it.
Firstly get ur battery charged

It's working fine once I charged the battery and changed the spark plug. Thank you. But there is another problem. Once I fixed the starting problem , the other day I rode the motorcycle for 5 minutes and when I came back home, I could smell something burning. When I touched the front disc break it was very hot. Even when I tried to push it when it is on neutral it was kind of difficult. Do you know what could be the problem.
clean ur disc brake if u dont know how to do it just lubricate it with chain luber and take it to a mechanic then riding with lube applied wont damage ur brake

I have an issue of engine starting, switch on the the ignition was not glowing. So I unable to start. I checked all fuses and Battery, both are in good condition. Horn and Head lights, indicators are working properly. What to do next? Please suggest and guide me.

Pls help me. My re 500 efi. I didnt ride it for 1 month. When i switch on the ignition. That efi checking sound is not coming. Instead tik tik tik sound for long time. I believ my batry is dead. Bike is not starting
Firstly get the battery checked, once battery is okay:) ,if it does not work than check the Fuse... And 2 coil inside box..near ECU, Mostly 500 has battery issue even the new batteries come faulty. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU, THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT.
