If this show takes place in the United States - which is a reasonable assumption because PBS Kids, under PBS, the broadcasting service that airs the episodes of WordGirl, is an American broadcasting service - then this case would be illegitimate, because it doesn't follow the due process of law, due to the lack of a 12-person jury. Therefore, no matter what, any verdict reached in this case is unconstitutional, and requires a re-trial.
It seems that every child villain in the show borderline gets away with everything they did without the consequence of juvie. The worst they get is getting embarrassed or grounded. A weird lesson that a kid and a bunch of his giant robots casually destroy the city and then return to Beckys class the next day each time, but oh well. Still it’s almost like they’re telling people that it’s like a free time for kids to commit crimes. Otherwise by the time they become adults, they actually can get arrested. Unless your wordgirl who specifically got arrested compared to other kids. But to be fair most of the time even when the adult villains are arrested they’re out by the next episode and can casually be treated as friends in some episodes that don’t get arrested.
Shouldn’t Eileen go to jail since she committed the crime and word girl is a child too so if she can go to jail for it Eileen should too the case openly states that word girl is a little girl and sally firmly states that word girls mom can’t help her now so her being underage and having a mom doesn’t seem to stop them from sending her to a court like an adult and treating her the same way any criminal would be so why can’t they do the same to Eileen
@@Wbishop1995 so is word girl that doesn’t seem to hold them back they openly said the culprit was a little girl so they did know but it didn’t bother them
Toby is kid as well but he was hardly ever put in jail. The only times he was were in The Rise of Miss Power where he is in a jail cell and Tobey Goes Good and Mousezilla. Unlike the former however he was only apprehended by the police but not behind bars. The other thing is even if he were behind bars it wouldn’t be very long because his mother would pay to bail him out. Lastly much like Eileen and Becky Tobey is very much a child as he is only 10 years old. He’s not a full fledged adult and can’t be treated as one, remember still being a child he hasn’t fully grown and matured yet.
@@lahannasingh my point isn't why don't any of the child villans go to jail it's how come since word girl who is openly acknowleged as a child can go to jail but no other character who is also a child can.
@@TheMagnaficentI know it makes no sense but again THEY ARE CHILDREN!!! If Tobey and Eileen were adults they have every right to be behind bars and sentenced to the fullest extent of the law but they’re not their still children and it’s illegal to put a minor behind bars. If I child ever behaves badly it’s the parents responsibility to change that behavior at least Tobey’s mother make sure he gets punished. What I want to know is where are Eileen parents and why does she never get punished!
in this episode when wordgirl called mrs. botsford mom she told someone her secret identity and apparently the mom knew about it seeings how she replied with: sorry wordgirl but your "mom" can't help you now.

I love the look & reaction on Tobey's face when she rescues him 😂

I favorite thing about Eileen is that sometimes she'll randomly be a giant in the background in later episodes.

Eileen grows: panic*
Eileen steals: kalm

Ngl: Wordgirl was smart to do that, til she broke out.
I think she was planning for that to happen. Lmao
When beckey brought everyone to jail why didn't eileen go to.
I think because she's a kid

WordGirl likely wouldn't have been sentenced for long. Probably a few days.
