WOW Now that was really a great video. I loved the behind the fall and water channel flight something new but I would do if I knew how to fly so well. For me a solid TWO THUMBS UP. You should do more as I for one would watch and enjoy them.
That is a newly-paved trail that runs down Lower Afton Rd in St. Paul, starting right next to highway 61. You can easily turn it into a loop by riding that path out and taking the Battle Creek Park trails back.
Awesome Flying Dude! Well, except for that little tree trimming job. That happens to everyone. You do things with that I would never try, yet, with my F550. Would like to meet some time in the Twin Cities soon to discuss your experiences. I live near the Walker Art Center. Happy Flying!
Thanks for the compliment! My success in getting rid of jello has come from using a home-built mount. I'll try to get a video up soon on how it works, but basically it's combination of using foam ear plugs to support a platform, then inserting moongel between the camera/platform/straps. And balancing the props!! I've been shooting in 720p 60fpm, but may try 1080 soon. For the other specs, I'm using HK 18A ESC, NTM 2826 motors, and GemFan 8x4.5 carbon.
I just stumbled across these videos. Pretty awesome stuff. Where is the water channel at 2:38 located? Looks like a nice place for a walk or bike ride.
