There are many option but best option for you msi i5 16th gb variant ,2nd best is ms i5 8 gb variant. But you can see all to match you budget and requirement all are under 40k except msi 16gb variant which is around 43k
For office purpose i3 12th gen will be a better choice because overall i3 12th gen will give you a better output. Ryzen 5 is better for gaming , video or photo editting. So you can choose i3 12th gen. But there are btter options under 40k if you want to go for other brands.
If i tell you about hp you will it will be a basic laptop but it is a most trusted brand.
If you want more features like backlit keyboard more ram. You need to select different brands like msi but it depends on you whether you want most truted brand or more features , we cant also ignore msi , as it is also a good brand but not as much popular as hp.
