1972 #104 FLH 98ci shovelhead stroker motor rebuild Harley by tatro machine
see how to rebuild a Harley hotrod shovelhead stroker motor with very few new parts.
the motor ran out of oil from a big oil leak and locked up. need to fixed the motor for the summer and then fix it right over the winter.
I bet it runs good for a few years because of the way I fix things.
I hope the owner took the time to watch these

I have just started watching your vids and subscribed you do great no non-since simple work. Keep up the good work and I will keep watching what your doing.
Who makes the best valves/springs/guides? Keep the videos coming Tatro. Longer vids are better in my opinion. I like the chatter in the shop when you have people around. Thanks
kibblewhite black diamond valves and guides. crane, s&s and andrews valve springs in that order. not sure on the kibblewhite springs but their keeper and collars fit together with the valves. most others do not fit and should not be used.
you should likes these reposted longer videos.

I run a bike shop and know what you mean about the lost hour. Someone has to pay for it, and its usually you the small business owner. Its a bummer.
What year did Harley start using valve guide seals on shovels? My 78 doesn't have them.
1982 was the 1st year for valve seals. before that you have to make them fit.
