Awe, Asa opened the truck door for her….❤️ I watch a family in the UK and it drives me crazy when he walks ahead of her on the sidewalk and if they are walking side by side he doesn’t walk on the outside near the street. Gentlemen do as Asa does. 💋🧚🏻♀️🇺🇸❤️
My great aunt lives 1 mile from the beach in Jacksonville, and I have a cousin and her husband that lives in Treasure Island, Florida. I pray that everyone will stay safe during this weather. We here in South Central KY still have the DARE Program in our schools.
I can’t stand to be late. I would literally rather be an hour early than be a minute late. You’re so casual about being 10 minutes late to school. I wish I could be a bit more relaxed about times. I will leave way early often if an appointment at a place I’m not familiar with and then I’m waiting 20 or 30 minutes in the parking lot just killing time
I have severe anxiety and I hate being late to things as well! The other night while waiting for an Uber ride home from Zumba, my driver was 25 minutes late and I was having an anxiety fit! My staff were very patient with me and understand my situation. I texted my sister about it since she organizes the rides I take to get to and from my social group activities. She was annoyed at Uber because it’s not the first time this happened to me! I’ve applied to get Uber service through ADA and if I qualify, I’ll only have to pay $1-2 a pop for each ride vs. the $40 I pay now!
They have addressed this in older videos but when it comes to arrival at school it’s a little different than traditional school. It is important for her to be as independent as possible and do as much of her morning routine on her own as possible. If that means they are a little late so be it.
I'm the same but I think it's my anxiety that causes this. I will often research a new place and even drive there before my appointment if I"m unfamiliar with the area.
Same. I’m never, ever late to anything. My mother has never been on time, ever. Before I got my drivers license, I was late to everything, because of Mom, and it was so embarrassing for me. I think that’s why I’m OCD about being early/on time now.
Usually market lambs are 100lb or around there. They have been weened and aren’t baby babies. Sheep were my livestock projects in school/4-H. But there was even a time my dad would shelter me from thinking about the meat on the table being one of my lambs (“lamb” being almost a year old) by saying it was venison. It wasn’t until later I put it together that when my lambs went to “market” and I got the money for next years lambs that he’d actually taken them to the meat market. But that was life on the farm/ranch.
Its actually lamb & beef mixed i used to sell them daily when i lived in Chicago however the best Gyro meat is off the kone shaved with the knife to a medium thickness place bread on flat grill for a minute each side add meat then the toppings of choice 😊 perfection however sometimes i added cheese the pressed gyro meat is to dry
I won't eat the lamb either but I love greek food especially tzatziki. Now I eat chicken souvlaki on a pita the way they do the gyro. It's amazing!! You should try it if you haven't yet.
Have her dentist check her frenulum! My daughter just had a frenectomy at 8 for a tongue tie we never knew she had and her jaw looks JUST LIKE ABBEY. Please check 🙏
@@callabeth258 my daughter had several speech therapists too. They thought the dentist would check. The dentist thought the maternity nurses found it at birth. I had to fight insurance for coverage!
I’m a newish vegetarian and I was surprised how little I missed the meat. I think others would be surprised as well. I don’t even think about it. I applaud your choices! ❤
I haven't seen the D.A.R.E. program in schools in awhile. My dad was in charge of the program years ago and got a Camaro that talked about the program to kids. He retired at 62 and passed away in 2013 at 73.
I went to Ireland with my friend. She refused to eat the lamb or mutton while we were there. Same deal - white fluffy animal babies. We were on a tour and many times our meals were already selected, and were "Traditional Irish" meals with lamb or mutton. My friend didn't get much to eat. I thought while in the environment, go with the flow. I even tried black sausage, but that was a big fail on my part. I couldn't get over the fact it was blood sausage. 😮
In Australia we dont have the D.A.R.E. program - we have Healthy Harold. Hear me out on this. A big white van pulls up to a school, gets 30 kids and invites them inside to see their giraffe. I AM NOT KIDDING. It is literally a person in a van with a giraffe puppet teaching about kids about things like stranger danger and consent.
my daughters school doesn't do dare but they do a similar program called STOP it's for 5th and up same thing basically , the 5th graders do a essay and then they get shirts and sign the same contract that dare use to hand out.
DARE, talk about a flashback!😂😂 Though it was 1997 when I was in the program. I was in 6th grade. But I never did drugs.😂 I wouldn’t have regardless but it was a fun program and took away regular school work. Which everyone loved.😃
Yes, the D.A.R.E program is still alive and well in schools for 5th graders. In our district in Ohio anyway. Can you teach Abby not to touch outlets with a basic sharp NO when you see her?? I am not being sarcastic or anything. This is an honest question mainly because it is also dangerous! I don't know about you but I have grabbed a plug before to unplug or even plug in something and when not paying full attention have touched the prong before out of the wall and got a little jolt. Not horrible but enough to get my full attention! I would like to think this is a teachable thing for her safety. I get this is an obsession but has to be a way to break it when safety is an issue just like everything else she has learned. Again, I love her and you all...not trying to sound like a hater as I am NOT! It honestly worries me and you have proven that she knows the word "no"!
Hi abbie and family, asa and priscilla have fun at y'all friend birthday party and happy birthday to y'all friend, hope y'all are having a wonderful friday and stay safe out there❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗

My favourite atm is ticket to ride. But I never have anyone to play with. I also have pictarea- not sure on the spelling but it’s all to do with pictures and I love the Harry Potter theme one.
Ugh this was my class this week because we went to a carnival and we told them the beginning of the week. One student walked me to the door, put on his backpack and said field trip. Great communication but sorry I can’t make it happen. So hard figuring out future vs. now.
Asa…in SE Okla, we still have the DARE program. One week out of the school year, they have “Red Ribbon Week.” Where all the kids wear their red ribbons then all red shirts on Friday. They also do an anti-drug campaign and decorate doors, posters etc. as a school-wide contest. ❤
Cilla, I love wearing a ball cap. I wear one mostly on the weekend when we go fishing or the dirt track races. I get called "Sir" a lot when I do wear one. I have short hair & I'm 6' tall. I think people only see my height and cap and just assume, "Sir." It's so irritating. 🤨
My grandmother has a mental thing with Ceviche even though the shrimp is cooked in citrus she still won’t eat it. I asked her if I had boiled the shrimp then add it to the rest of the dish would you still eat it and she said no😂.
In England it’s just a dona kebab, or colloquially just a kebab 😜 We eat lamb under two years old they have hog and mutton. I don’t eat spring lamb that’s too baby but lamb is boss
I mean, veal is cow under a year, and it’s not mutton until around 2. So, they are pretty much fully grown, if that helps lol. Like around “can make a baby” age for them
You want to go 80’s just wear a polo shirt with a button down over it and pop the collar of the polo. Levi’s is the way to go for pants and deck shoes. That was what we wore almost daily.
I totally get the lamb thing…I don’t eat it either for the same reason! People think I am crazy! Also if people roast an entire pig it comes out looking like Babe to me so I can’t eat it…discovered that at a Luau in college…they cut into the side and I almost got sick 😝🤦♀️
Y'all just cant get a break from the rain. The lady and dog in their raincoats were cute tho. I Love how abbie gets so excited 😆 ❤ No lamb for me either or deer 😝 😂

I had the same exact reaction when my husband brought home donairs with lamb meat. It tasted great until I realized what I was eating and could not get that out of my head. Never had it again.
Now you need a flannel shirt to go with that hat. And just an FYI. Lamb is the meat a sheep that is less than one year old. But think about it this way. The chicken you buy at the store is on average in the US is only 47 days old. That ground beef is 18 months. We raise these animals to be big but still tender. Much like bread gets stale over time. Meat is no different. It's awful but life.
I’m sure your unwarranted parenting advice will help them greatly ! As a special needs parent if you think they haven’t tried everything to keep her safe / stop her then you’re effing dreaming. Pretty sure they’re aware it’s an issue at this point 🙄
