Great video. Can you get one on catwalk, to show everyone who would like to see the art it takes to be good at pulling the levers. It would be neat watching the guy, pull the levers. It's so interesting to watch operators, pull those old levers in unison. Thank you.
i have some footage of the american version on my channel from the Brownsville show. Must be nice to have a wall between the engine and the operators cab. im sure it cuts down on noise and heat greatly
Nice. What year would that be? I seen an old picture from a surface mine in Canada that says “date taken 1920-“ so they are not sure of the year but it was 1950 or before because that is when the mine closed.
@@Ancient_Iron He he, I realised just after I hit the post button. I too used to own a RB54 L&W. Besides being long and wide the idlers are up off the ground making it look like tank tracks. Machine just scrapped this year so feeling a bit guilty and nostalgic for the good auld days 🤓
Smooth operator and sweet machine. These machines were able to give decades of service in the harshest of conditions

Worked with my dad on one in 1976 try pulling them levers on a 12hour shift not good
