I had a "hey, betcha can't play this" moment , well it was with the Pianist/keyboard player at a restaurant where i worked.,, I put this song on from the CD over the stereo and asked him can you?! play this? , (the intro rhythm) , he listened for just a slight moment I and was jaw dropped at sudden. he picked up the key by ear and just played it on a baby grand piano at speed! in tune, still can't believe he pulled it off thanks Joe Armijo from Michigan You! are amazing.
Ok. I have been following Depeche Mode faithfully since 1982, when I saw them at the Ritz in NYC. Without question, DX5, you are the best at faithfully reproducing their sound. What a great job!
Very nice cover ! I think the choirs and the horns sound a bit too bright but the overall result is amazing. The JP-8000 bass and the drums are perfect. Congrats ! I'd love a "to have and to hold" (spanish taster) cover...

Don't recall really. The snare could be, but the kick and other drums are from my own libraries. The choir is an Emu library sound (combined sequentially with a brassy sound played one octave below on the Emax).
DX5 thank you for reply, always wondering about the drums sounds as I find it as the hardest/boring part to do, as concerns the sound itself, some noises and also sometimes the full rhythm composition. Thanks to the fact that once you catch, then you can usually just put it throughout the song:) especially with the eighties stuff! Lol ROM were limited!
