Since you say you don't have all the armies: How about a series where you discover a new army and learn the lore, painting and tactics along the way? Plus it gives you an excuse to buy a new army
At the end of Realmslayer Gotrek scares off a magma dragon godbeast. The Fyreslayers watching it start calling him the incarnation of Grimnirr (the god he hates the most). That's the main reason he hates Fyreslayers. He does make peace with them in Soulslayer when he fights with a different lodge of naked dwarfs.
