Nom Nom! I've made a big mac casserole, too. Brown ground beef, mix with sweet pickle relish, place in a casserole dish, top with your favorite cheese.. Top off with tater tots and bake until the tots are nice and brown. Then, sprinkle some more shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and drizzle that mac sauce on top. OMG! So good!

FYI... Big Mac Taco.. If you spread the meat on the tortilla first then grill it gives a better thinner meat spread and cooks up quicker.

Those looked so good. The sauce is the trick!! In order to make sure the beef is really well cooked, I would have chopped the burgers, a la Philly cheese steak, add cheese then scoop onto grilled heated flour tortillas and of course, the secret sauce!!

Thanks!! Have you ever tried thousand island salad dressing on your Big Mac at home? It seems like that would be very similar to the special sauce. The recipe you followed it looked delicious and it's definitely worth a try!
In the summer time we eat dinner a lot later. It is not unusual for us to not sit down for dinner until 10 p.m. Everyone is so busy all day long well into the evening that we just don't bother trying to have an early dinner.
