Why did I start with a Vinyl cutter lol I wish I seen this video a year ago darn. Love your channel best Channel about all things Apperal . STAHLS ARE NUMBER ONE!!
I see the last comment was 2yrs ago but I'm going to give it a shot anyway: After you heat press the design, do you have to heat press it again to, I don't know how you would put it but to "seal" the edges of the design? I saw on another channel after designer had transferred the design to the t-shirt, they had heat pressed it again *after* taking off the backing. I don't know if I'm explaining it right.
For our screen printed transfers there's no need to heat press again. You can find application instructions here: www.transferexpress.com/search?Query=application
Thank you for uploading an excellent tutorial. I think it is a good option to learn more because I have no experience in this type of work. This will help me a lot
Thanks for this video. As always, you deliver. You didn't need any a pillow under the kids shirt due to the seams? Is screen print different from vinyl? I would have used a pillow under that shirt if I were doing vinyl or am I not doing it right?
A screen printed transfer is a full color option that can be applied in a single layer. Heat transfer vinyl is cut with a vinyl cutter and is applied either in a single, solid color layer or with multiple application layers for multi colored designs. Here is a video to demonstrate what we mean by layering: th-cam.com/video/95ekQpgDg7o/w-d-xo.html As far as the pillow, typically we recommend using a heat printing pillow if the seams are thicker and in the way of the application area, but because he used a smaller platen that wasn't an issue.
So can the jersey numbers be png ? I would like for my Jersey numbers to have a logo on them that’s why and I’m currently located in Jamaica how can I get it

I loved stumbling across your tutorial this morning in NSW Australia
Which brand of shirts did you use. Along with the number shirt. Trying to get a great quality shirt.

Another great video thanks Josh!
So if you can't change to a smaller platen for a children's shirt can you get away with using a pillow or is that not recommended?
