Great, you've got the tractor. I think it was about Kharkiv that a farmer McGuyvered a mine clearing tractor with remote driving control.
I saw a clip the other day about all the mines being exposed as the snow melts. They were just sitting on the ground about a metre apart.

Wow what a machine,, (a bit UNIMOG ish) looks like something out of mad max with a V8 engine shoe horned into it.. it will be ironic if it’s the engine from an abandoned Russian tank or BTR being used for good.

Tractor McTractorface ! Speaking of farming equipment Harley, is any organisation there helping the farmers get replacement for damaged stuff or how the f*ck are they to farm without?
They are some crafty people. I would not be surprised if someone scrapped some parts of a ruzzian tank to use for farming.
I live in Eastern Ontario. Our climate is very similar to your area. The remote villages here look pretty similar (apart from the bomb damage, obvs).

Happy to see you're getting your brigade motorised! It looks like an ugly-dog, but these beasts are rugged, simple and easy to repair i'm told. Modified "Belarus" in original color, i guess some 30 y.o., none of the current digital electronic nightmare to deal with. Nearly made a suggestion about painting it, but that close to the frontlines, could be better if it doesn't look like anything from the military or western taste, otherwise RuZsian drones could pick it up and target it for fun. I hope they don't already know what you're doing on which field. Thank God their artillery is so vague, amd pray it stays that way. Hard times for Ukraine's defenders - and none of their fault.
P.S. Yes, that woman said these are turkeys, along with chickens. If you need a remote translator i know Russian perfectly and understand most of Ukrainian. I don't know how you manage that..😅✊

Not that thick, its shrapnel, so less protection than a bulletproof vest plate

Is there something other than donations that you guys are missing or wanting?
To be honest, we invested in alot last year, we are looking for a new base this year closer to the fields, what do you have in mind?
Im thinking stuff that makes your lives easier while doing your jobs. Our veteran community are pretty engaged in quality of life improvements for those that are in Ukraine. Whilst also having regular collection points on gear and hardware to the fighting Ukranian. But im thinking specifically you guys @@Harley-EOD Sure a Wisent mineplow would be nice.
On my tours and patrols id always have a small bag of roasted coffee beans, a hand crank small coffe grinder and a jetboil. This would be my +1 in motivation. I was fortunate to be very lightweight on my patrols to accomodate non critical stuff.
What do you wear for belts / suspenders or utility pouches etc? How are you for a personal firstaid kit. Are your socks good enough? Is there a thing that you guys are like "That would be a great neat nice helpful piece of kit" without devalueing the ongoing assistance to the fighting man.
I don't know how much use they would be, but the British firm Tanks A Lot have just acquired a collection of bomb disposal robots in mint condition. Sadly only batteries for two, but chargers, laptops etc, all there. Maybe worth a call. Stay lucky.

🤔I think the tractor itself might be interesting for some people (there's a technical machinery audience also, who might be on-boarded/funneled to the channel/cause): brand, model, configuration, levers, knobs, details, special quirks, maintenance, servicing, fixes/repairs, and guys running, fixing, or servicing it, etc. Just a thought.
Strangely, my third popular video (both all-time and monthly) is just a random no-voice video of some old Finnish cable excavator. Go figure, personal interest and effort don't always match the result😅

I was instantly "Wtf is a Turkey doing in Ukraine!". And you're .. Is that a turkey?
Did you know that Benjamin Franklin wanted the turkey to be our national bird - not the Bald Eagle? Those are domestic breeds there. Wild turkeys are wiley, elusive, mean, and eagles don't mess with them. I've heard them in our part of Texas, but never seen them. Sometimes a neighbors dog will come home all jacked by what was probably a turkey, but it can be hard to tell what damage a turkey did vs a hog.
Anyway, enough about dinner. That is an interesting looking tractor. It's like an articulating cross between a tractor and a semi truck! I can't believe you can get one that cheap. A few years ago, I paid twice that for a little 23hp compact. But what I really want to see is the implement!

Consider selling timed sponsorships / text (what ever method) on the tractor for donors, for various time duration whatnot.
If the tractor has a plow whatnot, think about how it feels for the donor to have his/her/its name there plowing with force on the Ukrainian fields 😅
If the plow is custom, perhaps there's a chance to get suitable flat surfaces with good camera visibility for the sponsorships / text / names - what ever medium they are ☺ Just a thought. You know what's best over there. But seeing the comments, I think everybody loves that tractor 💪😅✌🤍💙💛
Just an afterthought: whiteboard markers. They might be handy, if you do one-off photo ops whatnot. They are easier to wipe, if the surface is suitably non-porous (like a respective whiteboard, glass, or painted surface perhaps with varnish; a special foil does exist but I think might be unnecessary).
I've used whiteboard markers home a bit, to draft something something on a window😅. After a some while (months) the markings sticks a bit though (I've seen bottles with a solution for wiping at the uni), but still easier than permanent markers on the shells out there. 💪🤠✍
It actually looks quite smart with a clean and a new paint job.
