One of a 5-Star Hotel at Jalan Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur where it's always packed with guests staying here. Above the Pavilion Shopping Mall, it's very convenient for one to get to the mall to shop or dine. However I will not choose to return to stay here as it's really too many people.

Hey thanks for your review! Can you please what would be the best place to stay if not here? I’ve already booked pavilion but im having a second thought. I’ve looked at the below hotels as an option. Hilton Kuala Lumpur, intercontinental or Marriott or Renaissance / four points Sheraton city centre. We have a 3 years toddler. Should we keep pavilion or which one you suggest?

@@photosblossomsau1624 Hi, it depends on which part of the city you want to stay near to and your budget.
Hilton KL - a distance from city centre but can access to the train station easily.
Intercont or Renaissance or 4 points - 10 mins walk to KLCC twin tower but no shelter, your kids may complain under the hot sun or rain.
Marriott - worst Marriott in the world, I suggest you go for Westin KL which just beside it.
If near KLCC and have budget, you can look for four seasons or Mandarin Oriental. If at Bukit Bintang, go for Westin or Ritz Carlton. Note this is all base on ur budget. Thanks for watching.

Agreed. Staff are very unfriendly and not professional. Everything is overrated it should be a good four star hotel. Best 5 star experience in KL is Mandarin Oriental without any doubts.

@@Danny_Walk_Stay I stayed at MO with my family before. It was my best experience with a 5-start hotel in Malaysia. So much so that I stayed there with my family on two separate trips. Even the hotel's restaurant's breakfast was great. You will like the overall experience. Speaking as a Singaporean who we know are are fussy people and hard to pleased. Hahaha!

@@kwpf You make me can't wait to stay and do a review there but my stay is on next 2 weeks as I am still gathering some information of the hotel. Nevertheless after the Pavilion Hotel, I do not dare to put much expectation before I go and stay in MO. Finger cross! Thank you for watching.

I believe the room facing the main road is better. Somehow it's nothing much to shout about especially the crowd of guests. Thank you for watching.

Banyan Tree Malaysia rooftop staff (name is ikka? Ekka?) need kindness training. There was an uproar on TH-cam, saying it was the worst hotel. If I want to sit on the rooftop and eat food, do I have to order food every 10 minutes? The staff told us to order food every 10 minutes.
If they don't order food every 5 or 10 minutes, they call the customer a beggar. Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is the worst hotel.
