Toy Nomu: The doctor for AFO starts a Toy/Orphanage/Nomu factory. He uses the kids as test subject for Nomu, get money from the toys he sells, and makes specific Nomu that are brain washed to only want to play. Izuku a child turned into a sing along Toy Nomu but the factory was shut down after a hero raid. After so long of being alone the definition of play starts to very among the Toy Nomu like Toga's vew on love. Nezu uses this factory as a training ground to help teach the next generation of heroes how to conduct a raid. And after 1-A and some teachers go in things start going down hill.
The Factory Accident: Izuku was a caring factory worker who's quirk hasn't come yet. His quirk quirk activated when his jealous co-workers prank gone wrong ended with him in the Toy making machine. He lost a leg and an arm before his quirk activated. His quirk is fusion, he fussed with the new Giant working replica of the new singalong toy based on him for being employee of the month so many times. After Izuku's 'death' the company goes down because Izuku was the one holding everything together. Momo knows Jiro slight crush on the green haired boy and saw how devastated she was after his death and decided to bye the giant Singing along Toy for her. But it was lost in storage the manager said that she could have it if she finds it. This prompted Momo to ask the rest of her classmates to help her look. Izuku wakes up not knowing who or what he is. He has the urge to play with, sing to, and to hurt people.
Basement Factory: UA was built on top of one of Nezu's first mission sports. A factory that was using child labor and experiments. He built it there because he's Nezu. He also allows Power Lowder to scavenge for parts of what's left of the underground factory. Mei also sneaks down there even when told not to. She finds a half finished giant robotic humanoid singing Toy like thing. She drags it to her hiding place down there and secretly finishes it and turns it on. It reveals its name to be Robotic Izuku the singing and playing Toy for all ages. He's been off for so long and so alone that he doesn't want to let her go. This causes Mei to go missing and the teachers and class 1-A to have to rescue her from Izuku and all the upgrades she gave him when repairing him.

May I suggest a series. Cyborg Toy Nomu Deku. The Doctor runs a adoption facility where he tests the orphan children's physical strength, quirk, and obedience. He takes 10 giving the excuse that they are being adopted. 5 of them get adopted the other 5 get experimented on so he can make stronger nomu. He makes some of the nomu look like large versions of popular kids toys to keep the kids entertained AKA Toy Nomus. After making a sing along Toy Nomu from a 4 year old green haired boy (Izuku Midoriya) Heroes bust through the front door. The Doctor calls Kiriogiry and teapots away. The Toy Nomu stay still as statues and the children were escorted out. What the heroes find disgusts them. Kids opened up on tables, in liquid filled tubes, and half finished nomu. After that the place becomes abandoned. 12 years later UA buys the building and everything inside to us as a historic moment and teach students about raids.
After cleaning the place up and all the mysterious red stains where smaller Toy Nomu used to be (they were eaten by the bigger ones). Class 1-A take a filled trip there. The class is told that some of King Orcas sidekicks are in side pretending to be Villains. The class is instructed to find a room like a stash. The class is put in to 5 groups of 4 (Shinsou's in class 1-A) and is ordered to search the building and stay in there groups. Shota Aizawa stays near the entrance just in case with a 2 other heroes who have been in raids before (your choice of heroes). When everyone is in possession and inside the building goes on lock down. The sidekicks are nowhere to be found.
