Chancelor Adelyn can be a solid help to Shogun, Hydra, and Sand Devil. With that juicy soul too, she'll be quite clutch for Shogun as countering the enfeeble stack.

You need awakened champs as many red stars as possible
you need a setup preset i always tell u, but only 1 time you ever read my comment, you remember that rare paragon he must be in the team too ask the big TH-camrs for help
He’s nerfed so bad . As long as you have some red stars and good damage it’s easy
Gnarlhorn, Reliquary, Paragon & 2x Coldhearts is what I'm running still on 25. It does it in about 60 sec. There are plenty of videos on that comp. Just search for an all Rare team. Or if you have Adeline, she can solo it, but I'm not sure about the gear requirements.
stage 10 and I believe 15 is what you want to farm for most of these dungeons. not quite sure, I think it was 10. is the most efficient for energy cost or something like that.

Phantom shogun is not that difficult. In fact i got nerfed in the latest update and now it's extremely easy to progress in it
I just let my Bad El solo shogun with 4x force affinity food. Regen gear is enough.
How are you still rolling out the same champions. You need to build other ones.

After a certain number of boss stacks brimestone stop being able to do damage to Phantom Shogun. I think its 30 stacks but not sure?
Echo you should look at the affinity of the boss for choosing champs
