Tara's books are awesome. Really helpful practical advice in simple format. The kundalini books were so helpful to me. The diety practices just exploded off the page. Also her book Spiritual Joy...so simple but the right book at the right time for me. Simply choosing joy. 😊So transformational. Thanks Tara.

17 I had my awakening experience at eighteen. YOu are the first to hear of someone who also had the experience at that young age / It was years before I had a word for it. I also had a series of other deep spiritual experiences. And now has developed into all kinds of solid abilities. Run energy out of my hands to heal physical and emotional wound, etc etc About two years ago started having kriyas

Steve thank you for doing this interview. Tara and her husband have been a huge help in getting me through my kundalini 'mess' haha, I'd be lost without them. Look forward to the next interview 😊💖

I have read many books from many different teachers, gurus. But Tara seems like the only no-nonsense teacher I’ve ever known.

When I first started doing kundalini yoga my instructor said that we could practice it for decades and never really experience a kundalini awakening. I kind of feel it’s true. I think our souls are in charge and if it’s in our souls plan to experience it then we will

The 18 asanas of babaji did it for me. Most people don't do them consistently

Good interview. Interesting speaker. By the way: Try to get Peter Brown on your show. He's a spiritual teacher in northern California. A brilliant speaker with a wonderful kundalini story. His satsangs are basically dialogues where he takes on all comers. He's one of those who "speaks with authority".
