    To everyone struggling to sleep, anxiety, depression....Focus on you breathing, relaxing your body piece by piece, If your mind strays come back to breathing and refocus. Stay in the here and now. Can’t do anything about the past, tomorrow is not here so just focus on right now this very moment in time. If your mind wanders don’t judge yourself over it. It takes practice but works! Good luck, good night, sweet dreams.
