Hi sir, Stormtroopers have a bonus when they are the ones to engage the enemy from cover. If the enemy detects you the bonus doesn't apply. I think that is how it works, love using them and encirclement doctrine. Also, if you buy the camo for any other unit, same bonus applies except for AT and mortars
Stormtroopers don't have concealed strike bonus. You're thinking of Tactical advance which is an ability they have (with MP40s), and if timed right can pretty much be used as a concealed strike bonus. And yes that is true, Ambush Training gives concealed strike bonus to units that buy it. Disgustingly strong if used with vet 3 pgrens cause of how much bonus accuracy they get from vet and strike bonus.
the camo for panzergrenadier is very good, giving them about +50% dps, but the same camo upgrade for grenadier and mgs had a nerf only give +25% dps. Weh don't get camo for at and mortar, concealed AT is from soviet doctrine and it gives +100% penetration and some accuracy on first shot similar to reketen if i remember correctly.
