It's a bit tricky to tell how much water was used - Was it about quarter of a pint of water with 1 pint each of F1 Green and Thatchers Dark groundbaits? So... 4 parts F1 green + 4 parts Thatchers Dark + 1 part water for pole? or 8 parts F1 green + 4 parts Thatchers Dark + 1 part water for feeder fishing? Lots of groundbait videos focus on volume of groundbait used but not so much volume of water and I always tend to make mine too wet so would be great to get the exact water volume nailed too. Super crush expander is the one for me I’ve used f1 green and doesn’t seem to do as well at the places I fish but super crush expander flies off the shelves so I’m guessing sonubaits are telling there lads to try promote others.
Any reason why Lee uses a dark mix on a deep venue? With less light at these depths, I would of thought a more visible lighter groundbait in deep waters would more likely help the fish see it and encourage them to go down and investigate.
The water I fish is always loppy even this time of Year its about 10ft deep I always tend to use sonubaits dark method mix but sometimes I think I can't see why a much lighter coloured groundbait may be as good or even better what would be good mix to try for bream and odd carp on method or cage
Match Method Dark is a brilliant all-rounder. And isn't overly dark itself - definitely not 'black' that's for sure. If you're looking for something similar but lighter in colour then Match Method Marine or Match Method Original. 👌🏽
What about other mixes lee/ sonubaits. What about adding a natural groundbait. What is pro green to thatchers green. You all these groundbaits and don't know what's what.

Colours, change depending on the depth of water. They are not the same colour as in the open air (Google it, there's like Charts to see the colour variations at different depths) A bit like this - 🟧🟨🟩🟫⬛🟥 So for instance, Green will not look Green anymore after a certain depth!!

What's the difference between f1 and supercrush expander lee
F1 Original has the sweet flavour added and a slightly different grind too. But very similar mixes. F1 Original binds a little better too. 👌🏽
