I think twin novae doesn't work on the skill on in the ball of lightning, I think

I never use Stormblade melee before.. is it good?
Melee Stormblade requires the red weapon but it's not that hard to get ngl it only took me 2 tries to get that but yea overall it's a fun build
I already got that weapon.. but how about the fatebound? Use like Backlash? Onslaught? Blowout? Sortie?
Main fb are backlash or twin, sortie and blowout
