Hello , great design and process...Do you reinforced with a fibeglass o Carbon mesh ?...What´s the final coating you give to the piece ?...Thanks Rgds. Matías.
+Nikita Sharonov Here is more info from the Swisspearl/ Eternit website, hope this is helpful for you: 95% of Swisspearl® cement composite is made up of natural raw materials from the Swiss mountains: cement, pulverized limestone, water and air. Swisspearl® cement composite panels are manufactured with low energy and a high level of environmental awareness. The manufacturing process based on a closed water cycle and a slow natural 28 days curing time requires little energy. The panels are 100% environmentally friendly since neither the raw materials nor the production process contain any dangerous substances. With a lifetime of over 40 years, Swisspearl® improves both the ecological and economical outcome of every building/ product envelope. This is what also makes Swisspearl® the sustainable material of tomorrow.
I thought that as well, however knowing cement better now, I think the sides might not be as strong, it is lightweight crete, but who knows maybe better to move and lift in the position its meant to be. just realized this is couple years old and you may not even remember this comment, haha.@@777fiddlekrazy

Hello, do not require reinforcement? How strong?
How It's Made - Fibre Cement:

STING doesn't appear anywhere in this video.
Is it possible to find out the ingredient list of such a mix? Or is it a firm's secret?

its basically made out of cellulose fiber and cement and can be 100% recycled.
+RAL9011 thank you for the answer! and what is the proportion? Is autoclaving used in this process?

what is that even made out of? and why does it turn... blue?! when dunked in the vat of what I assume to be a weather proofing agent?
It's made from Kragulite an alien super material recently discovered on Mars. Not sure why it turns blue.
Anyone else think they should dip it in that white stuff on its side instead of unright?
thinking same! seems it would have been more productive!
on the other hand the Vat would need to be deeper and could mess with their other production models going into the same wash!
