Crazy thing is when hulk destroyed the asteroid that was 2x bigger than earth he did it in his grey hulk/Joe fixit form which is a lot weaker than his traditional green savage hulk form. In the fight against Cosmic Garou, Saitama was shown to be weaker than Cosmic Garou, but due to his diabolically insane growth factor, he grew several times stronger than him. Hulk doesn't even have a headstart, so this battle is very 1 sided
