I love my old natural hair MAC brushes so much. If I had to pick only 2 brushes to keep it would be my 217 & my 239. I’ve had them for probably 10 years & they are still amazing. I’m tempted to try the newer ones but I feel like I will probably end up disappointed.
@@whatgwenloves Nail polish doesn't work, it peels right off. The only thing I found has worked for the real techniques sticky handles is to completely remove all the coating with nail polish remover. It takes a while and quite a few soaked cotton pads to get all the rubbery layers off. I recommend wearing some gloves so it doesn't trash your nails and hands. It takes me 20 minutes per brush handle, most of mine are smooth now.

Will you be showing us how you store your brushes now that you decluttered them? ☺
I was listening to your video as I was getting ready for the day and looking for brushes I was decluttering soñé as well. #motivation 😂
I love brushes! I find them hard to declutter. However, I do declutter ones that are falling apart and old. 😂
Nice declutter!!! Maybe you can try painting the RT brush handle with a clear nail polish! 😉
Would love to know if that works!
