Today was last day of being an hvac technician........my doctor told me i cannot continue to work I my condition of colon cancer, 😢😢........the hard part is is that I have no insurance nor any source of income now, and my meds are very expensive in trinidad and tobago. The 2nd video i did that same repair in a mall and the 4th video where curtis was startled when the condenser came on I was in a funeral home and it scared me white, nearly fell off a ladder😂😂😂, I enjoyed my last day and to you curtis and my fellow technicians good luck in the field and be safe🎉😢 piece love and unity to all..........I have to plan out the rest of my life and see what is my next move...I live alone so i have no family help at all!!!!! Good luck to one and curtis blessings

@@sweetmeatmonty9011 I had my EPA certification when I worked in the automotive field and recently sold my bodyshop. I understand the cost associated with being a business man. Like Curtis, my shop was an independent shop and I had no problem recommending certain vehicles to my customers regarding reliability and repair cost. Customers appreciated this and it served me well over the years. All I'm saying is Curtis could communicate to the general public being on TH-cam what brands he would recommend based on his experience. There are a lot of brands out there with all the bells and whistles and end up being very expensive to repair once the warranty has expired. Sometimes keeping it simple is better!!!!

On that first call, your head pressure is too low, wrap the condenser with a drop cloth and get your head up to 350 and i bet that suction line would have become beer can cold. With only 250 head on a 410A system, thats not enough pressure to push the refrigerant through the orfice so its normal to see high superheat like that unless you have a fan cycle control or its 90 plus degrees out.

  • @David-lf2ne
