Please make videos for the rest of the cases 🙏🏼 this was awesome
Thanks for sharing. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the questions and your explanations.
Impressive. I would certainly need more than a few minutes to come up with these differentials. Way to go!
Great approach!!
Would love to see the rest of the cases
Thanks for sharing great case. Would love to see the rest of the cases.
This is really amazing stuff they are pulling up in these quizzes. Very well done! 🎉
Thank you for sharing.
Very nice case a bit more detailed patient information would greatly reduce the differential here) looking forward for a new cases!
Hi Christoph. Why did you expect a Thymoma with that location. The vast majority of thymomas are in the anterior mediastinal region. Less than 4% arise in other sites.
Because I am a MSK rad and don't know about thoracic tumors 😂
@@DrChristophAgten Being a musculoskeletal radiologist myself, I completely sympathize with you.
Yea Thymoma was funny but paraneoplastic myositis was impressive.
So was the thymic mass just “thymic rebound” from immunotherapy ???
No
It was not a thymoma at all, it was a mesothelioma
Chemotherapy and effect adversity very complicated from radiologists !
