Steve supplied me with the emblem lights and Ezcam for my 2016 BMW R1200RS. They arrived to my door in New Zealand just as fast items from local suppliers. After a couple of glitches in the programming, I emailed Steve for help. He was able to give me the fix to the installation that I needed very quickly. Once I corrected the connections everything functioned extremely well. Having white DLR's on the side of the bike, that also work as Yellow indicators, increases safety immensely.
There’s no instructions in the box for the Honda Africa Twin. Anyone have a link or advice for this install?
The current emblem set (2024) has the white plugs already attached to the end of the cables so you need to drill a 12mm minimum hole behind the BMW badge to allow the cable to pass through the hole, but i would recommend to start with a small size drill & increase to 12mm or you will potentially cause damage to you panel
I just received and installed the new PNP version. Awesome. I ended up shortening the run to the front "T" cable as i did not want the extra cable under the seat. They work great. Thanks Steve!
Price is $126 for EACH emblem, or pair? Many unanswered questions in the comments.

My 2022 BMW K1600GTL has an emblem around 80mm across, are there any plans for making the larger newer size? I noticed the largest you offer is 74mm.
Steve, is the plug & play emblem compatible with a 2022 1250 RT ? Also the basket for the plug &play did not for me.
The emblem on the GS 1250 is 70mm ?

Oooh, I have a Golwing Tour DCT and a K1600GTL. Sounds like I need both!
On the Africa Twin could you just use the Denali T3 specific adapter for the CRF1100L front turn signals? You could plug the T3 connectors from the emblems directly into the factory turn signal wiring and still be completely plug and play without an ezCAN. The only potential problem I see is if they draw too much power and give a fault. I want the amber DRL and flash, and don’t mind not having the ability to dim them.
Will these work with the Denali CAN Smart controller?

In a previous video you had mentioned that Hex was going to release an expansion ability to its software and Bluetooth. With your relationship, has there been an update on eta when we can expect the improvement. I have an EZCan on my R1200RT and would like to expand! hi stave . great video and cool plug and play set up. one question ther are three plugs for this set up 2 for turn signals with 1 wire each and one for the drl's with 3 wires . one wire is gruond one wire is the drl and what for is the third wire ? thx p.s at 18:55 at the wiring diagrame i can see all three wires are connected but at 21:53 i can see at the drl plug that there is a pin missing .
3 wires; positive, ground & pwm - this is the wire which sends the switching signal to the light; whether its to flash with indicators, switch off, or in this case switch to flashing amber.
Is it possible to install these on a 2016 R 1200 RT?
I just used a de-pinng tool and removed the ground pin from the DRL plug and moved it to one of the emblem plugs at the cansmart and problem solved

Hi, this means the ones you have are over 2 years old. You’ve made this question publicly available too so I don’t want to go a make a stick for my own back and imply we can do this. If we do some will think 🤔 maybe the emblems I buy from abikething are 2 year old returns. What we can do is take yours back and we’ll fit the plug and play plugs to them FOC. Email us via the contact page and get the ball rolling on this. Dont reply on here as we may not see it. TH-cam are good at notifying me of new comments but not replies.
Hi. I installed the d7 a few months ago. now i have the problem that the left side flickers at 30% power. but not at full power and under 30%. and the left one also flickers when I connect it to the right. What could be the reason for this?
Your statement / question doesn’t make sense. Are you talking about D7’s or Emblems? This isn’t a good forum for after sales support. Email us directly if you bought your equipment from us and we’ll try our best to assist

Wait a second, T3’s are acting as a amber DRL?! I want to buy Denali’s amber DRL and to install them on my hand guards but I see here that your T3’s can also play the role of the amber DRL? Originally, T3’s come as white only DRL. How can I do this so that I dont have to buy amber DRL’s that are even more expensive and much more “in your face”?????!

Can people visiting the area, visit the shop in person?
We’re not a shop so don’t have products on shelves to browse. We’re mail order and have everything in picking boxes on racking as you’d expect to find in a warehouse. Customers are welcome to visit and say hello or come and collect goods that they’re planning to buy or have pre bought on the website. Maybe end of 2024 we have plans to expand again and have an actual shop.
