First impression from this video : the concepts are very interesting ! But fighting these bosses seems extremely frustrating. The King's suicide attack in particular shocked me ; it's stupid fast and the solution to surviving it seems like complete moon logic to me, a very arbitrary thing to ask from the player which I'd say is quite bad in the context of a sandbox game. It's also odd how this mod ties a lot of its complex mechanics to vanilla items without distinguishing them, I don't like how it breaks consistency.
Yeah it definitely seem really hard for Minecraft. Though I wonder how the right mods could help over come this. Epic fight's roll or Elenai Dodge might provide a solution to 1 hit kill attacks like the King's Suicide.
@@d3bugged nope, those mods don't work well with this one, epic fight, as with many other mods only works well with vanilla enemies or bosses with very telegraphed attacks like mowzies mobs, and many of the attacks of these bosses ignore the dodge mod
If you took this mod and threw it into the trash, it would contribute a million times more to the base game and humanity than it ever would if it weren't.
couldn't you just place gold blocks on the obsidian before the fight starts to prevent the move becoming an issue you could just mine them afterward as well

Wdym unique? This mod has nothing on Orespawn/Twilight Forest/MLP/most classic boss mods and is way less balanced with infinite bugs. Orespawn is the same thing but 1000x better only on an older world.

the sand Mount could be better if the mod maker transformed it into a sand cyclone that would make the flying a bit logical and instead of bucket it could be a bottle
So in a nutshell: Adventure mode using fatty that gives you little time to counter his explosion that destroys everything of value by placing 4 gold blocks (meaning what should be a simple dungeon now forces you to have already gotten to the Nether for enough gold and armor that'll get obliterated after being turned into gold anyway). Drops summon 2 dudes Giant worm in a lab full of glorified witches and _slime wolves?_ that regenerates HP, has a shield, damages you for carrying stuff, and expects you to carry 3 stacks of redstone blocks. Kraken with several hit boxes that regenerates HP and makes it harder to see. Drops cookable potion of strength. Deadly sand creature shoots fireballs very quickly and can only be stopped with a water bucket, but only for 12 seconds, which would be a nightmare if you don't have netherite. Drops a Prodigy Math mount and a wooden sword that could be in a lucky block loot table. Slime that requires a pickaxe and regenerates hp and turns your armor against you. Giant orb of chaos that must be summoned by nearly killing yourself, can only be damaged by blowing up tnt surrounded by *25* blue ice blocks. Gives you a time machine and a glowing white concrete block, but they probably fell into the fire anyways so who cares? Adventure mode using eye that doesn't allow mining or building, reflects your damage (and might kill you on the spot) shoots lasers, and literally launched you before dropping a book, a really good book, but still a book. Boss that spawns if you have no armor and one shots you, and gives you a straw. He didn't really go to in depth with the Halloween one but it's probably also got some kind of really annoying advantage. They tested these mobs right? The bosses desperately need balancing. Minerals don't grow on trees so the crawler armor should get reworked and the king's suicide attack should be removed, you'll either accidentally or never encounter the hunter because of how it's summoned, tnt traps vs any flying mob, no matter how big they get is an awful concept, and all this HP regeneration can go have a vex party.
Other things to Mention: The kraken moves with its tentacles forward, which doesn't make any sense and is inconsistent with other Minecraft squid. Why can a slime made of iron place cobwebs The rogue runs much faster than the player and steals items, which is disgusting. Finally, getting the tnt attacks on the sun would be extremely difficult since it eats everything in its path and blue ice is hard to get.
The winter hunter boss is kinda stupid? It can one shot you with any equipment? That is too broken and most these bosses are impossible to beat. Your going to need another weapons or guns mod to even play this. The people or guy who made this made this way too hard for vanilla. There is literally no balance in this mod

this mod is extremely unbalanced, a mini boss literally has the same amount of health as the ender dragon, and the items and loot are literally just items that you could easily craft in a different mod, i think they should add enchantments that are custom or at least better equipment then a snake armor you get from a 450 health boss that has insane regeneration
But the sun could be invoked in another way, in the lab, there is a book in which it would be like a kind of invocation, I thought it would be from the sun, it asked me for 25 blocks of "packed ice", an armor support in the middle with full iron armor, and spectral arrows, do you have any idea what that could be?

It really wouldn't since the mod adds a ton of animation lock for the player and none for the bosses and enemies in this mod. You wouldn't be able to dodge anything and would just die super quickly.

This mod has poor art and is just kinda weird. Super unbalanced and unforgiving bosses. They are almost impossible to defeat without outside-of-game documentation. I dont know what kind of modpack you would want this in. There are dozens of mods that do everything this mod does and way better

My apologies for the sheer spam that I have created (and being overly toxic), but I believe that there are better mods out there to focus on than the obnoxiously low-quality crud that is this one. They have simply taken a few mobs from the vanilla game, superglued another mob to it, or have recoloured it and called it a "new" mob/boss. This isn't something to praise (or even bat an eyelid over); this is a disgrace to this community, and should be righteously burnt at the stake. Anything that even comes close to the quality of this mod should be rigorously extripated so that we have a standardized margin of quality. When you spend 90% of your waking day thinking up ways to make Minecraft a better or more unique game (like me), you will look at this mod that is being so highly praised, and want to purge this world of the weaker bloodlines that is the vast majority of the Minecraft Community. If only we could have more people focused on Quality over Quantity, then I believe that this gathering of players has a chance of affecting the base game...

Enemies that can kill you in one hit just because, heal 20 hp a second or can blow up the whole arena and douse everything in fire or are invulnerable. Smh. Sounds like the biggest waste of time. Imagine being one hit killed despite having OP armor and enchantments. You would think the mod or game your playing is a broken piece of garbage

Not gonna lie but the first mod with the epic fight mod together world make it even more lit
It really wouldn't since the mod adds a ton of animation lock for the player and none for the bosses and enemies in this mod. You wouldn't be able to dodge anything and would just die super quickly.

PLAYING THIS MOD I FOUND A NETHER STRUCTURE, THE CATACOMBS, THEY ARE COMBAT FREE AND ARE FULL OF NETHERITE AND DIAMOND ARMORS, THEY LOOK LIKE A PYRAMID AND ON THE TOP THERE IS A 5×5 SQUARE OF PACKED ICE.
WHEN YOU GO TO THE CRAWLER YOU CAN FIND A SECRET BOOK THAT TALKS ABOUT A RITUAL THAT NEED A FULL IRON ARMOR ARMOR STANDS, PUT ON A 5×5 SQUARE OF PACKED ICE IN THE NETHER, IT ALSO TELLS THAT YOU NEED A SPECTRAL ARROW TO ACTIVATE ALL. SO, I TOUGHT THAT YOU NEEDED TO DO THE RITUAL IN THE STRUCTURE I TRIED BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. I SEARCHED ON INTERNET, BUT NOTHING, NO ONE WAS TALKING ABOUT THIS STRUCTURE, CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE, I WANT TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

This mod has poor art and is just kinda weird. Super unbalanced and unforgiving bosses. They are almost impossible to defeat without outside-of-game documentation. I dont know what kind of modpack you would want this in. There are dozens of mods that do everything this mod does and way better
I feel like jumping off a toaster whenever I see something that is the literal embodiment of cringe like this mod.

What is your problem the difficulty? I played this mod on Vanilla and did all bosses, imagine with any mod that adds more powerful gear. People are just such a fragile clowns, they dont want to put effort into anything
Care to share some of that others mods for 1.8.2? I'm trying to do a hard fill of bosses and dungeons modpack so any help is aprecciated
@@miguelromero1163 It's not my problem with the difficulty, it's everything and anything that emerges from that cesspit of sloppy design.
My apologies for the sheer spam that I have created (and being overly toxic), but I believe that there are better mods out there to focus on than the obnoxiously low-quality crud that is this one.
They have simply taken a few mobs from the vanilla game, superglued another mob to it, or have recoloured it and called it a "new" mob/boss.
This isn't something to praise (or even bat an eyelid over); this is a disgrace to this community, and should be righteously burnt at the stake.
Anything that even comes close to the quality of this mod should be rigorously extripated so that we have a standardized margin of quality.
When you spend 90% of your waking day thinking up ways to make Minecraft a better or more unique game (like me), you will look at this mod that is being so highly praised, and want to purge this world of the weaker bloodlines that is the vast majority of the Minecraft Community.
If only we could have more people focused on Quality over Quantity, then I believe that this gathering of players has a chance of affecting the base game...

Enemies that can kill you in one hit just because, heal 20 hp a second or can blow up the whole arena and douse everything in fire or are invulnerable. Smh. The winter hunter is the stupidest boss on the list. He can one hit kill you with whatever gear...... just because and all you get is a straw to drink potions faster? Sounds like the biggest waste of time. Imagine being one hit killed despite having OP armor and enchantments. You would think the mod or game your playing is a broken piece of garbage
