The funny thing is Lisa dances so differently when she’s with the group. For whatever reason ,but in Pink Venom she didn’t hold back and you can tell why she’s the main dancer.
Agreed. I think Lisa mentioned in YWY2 that when you're in a group, a main dancer should make his/her moves toned down and match the dancing ability of the team. Only in their parts should they go all out. In recent Blackpink releases though, such as The Album and Pink Venom and ofcourse Lisa's solo songs, we can see more of her giving a verrrryy charismatic stage (as she always do but moreeee). I can barely take my eyes off of her. Not to mention that Lisa's reach is very big and wide which is a great contrast to her face. She's got a 9:1 body ratio so if you take a full body video, her face is very small but it doesn't affect her overall dancing at all. Her face is very expressive especially with BP's more powerful songs. And she fully embodies that YG Rapper/Dancer Aura.

They have very different styles and I absolutely love the both of them❤ I love Lisa's cool and powerful vibe and Jennie's softer and elastic, kind of more seductive(?) like vibe🔥 Their stage presence is truly among the best ones in K-pop

@@nalinsadabjit4141 actually it’s not competition so no even need for that we all know BP only has one dancer that was dancing even before she was an idol and another that mastered their dances when they were trying to become idols like rosè!! She wasn’t a dancer but she started dancing and quickly snatched that position of lead dancer coz she’s talented but she can’t be compared to Lisa in terms of dance bcoz they have different strengths and such

And while Jennie is not a better Dancer than Lisa (i mean obviously, since L has been dancing for decades),she devours Lisa with her stage presence. Lisa definitely hold back a lot in order to reach the balance for the group but for her solo or lili film , her dancing with other great dancers she still shine. I always wonder how a tiny girl like her can give out so much energy. She’s just a show stopper n capable to draw eyes to her. There r so many great dancers but the talent with stage presence is really few in a million. Jennie, Rose n jisoo all have that kind of charm n individual uniqueness which makes blackpink never boring.

For 4 members, Lisa is the one who has the most skill about dancing since her younghood and you can see clearly how great she is. Jennie has the most skill about trainee days, she can dance so well but she's not much energies like professional dancer, the reason that everyone already knew that she's got injured about her leg but when BP perform live I can notice that she's like someone who get tired easily too and we can't blame her about that , but thanks to her charisma and sexiness, that's make everything so fine.
Rose and Jisoo is good dancer too. Rose has skill of athlete, she's very strong but about dancing she stated learn just her trainee day started also Jisoo. Even Jisoo who look like the weakest about dancing in the group but her dance skill still being good if you compare to the other girl groups.
Being trainee in YG is the hardest in K-pop Business and harder to being debuted in this company especially for the first foreigner artist like Lisa. If she's not being rounder for singing dancing rap, this company may delete her from list to debut easily but here she is, being the brightest superstar.

When they dance together, they almost lok similar becaise they dont overlap each other. They consider as a group but if they dance individually, you clearly see the difference. Lisa is the best because she sings, raps but is able to dance perfectly like all her back up dancers. She is also a very powerful communicator of emotion for the dance. She can dance sexy, hiphop, even learns pole dancing. Her dances uses all parts of her body and just charismatic.
Lisa is weaker at singing though, so she doesn't have an official position as a singer. Jennie is literally known as the ace of the group because she sings, raps and dances really well. You should watch Jennie's dance practice video's for the songs telapatia and peaches, they give you a more of an idea of her dancing prowress. Not saying Jennie's the best dancer, but Lisa for sure isn't the best overall, Jennie is. And I'm not even saying this as a stan of any of them.
Yes. But the video is about dancing. I will never argue about it because i believe that all of them are pretty and sexy in their own ways, they have their styles and they all have the talents and skills that if we combine, will create the best group. I agree that jennie as well as rose and jisoo has great vocals but talking about dances, Lisa can hold up because they dance in a group but all of them agrees that in dancing, she has eyes glued to her not because of what she wears but because of the emotion and skill she has. She can even create dance choreography and the dance awkward for others, looks great in her. Singing wise, they all have it obviously but in different range, style, tone and genre and that is non arguable.

We should consider that during Jennie's part, she looks more alive/expressive (or like the people in the video said, put more soul) because most of the time she was the focus of the camera and have more lines, while with Lisa unless it was her part she was barely shown in the camera (yes, this is a fact, especially on music shows). And to balance the team, with Lisa, when it wasn't her spotlight she tend to tone down her expression. When the two of them were on their part/spotlight and the focus of the camera they both equally present, at the moment, and slay (and season it with their own personality/image/style of course).
